Or best to  open a Discussion in Service Bitcoin section since there are many experts that lobby on that section than here in altcoin (Though he needs to offer payment to BTC of course)

Thanks, I did not know there's subforum for project owners to advertise their project. I will be up to any payment method. Btw do we have developers here team here who can do such work like first give estimation so I can raise funds as required and then pay the team to build it?

I planned this project with friend, our idea is to first to reach out developers privately and then public announce it. Btw it's not new, but we are adding what we think other project lacks.

Its better if you can briefly tell about the project and then maybe anyone who is expert on that niche, can guide you and also give you budget proposal.
But remember, always use escrow once you finalize the deal with anyone to implement and develop the project.

Try to post it on the right board in the Project development board as I see it fits there. There are other individuals that may help you out there too. Your question is somehow open-ended you may have to alter it or be specific.

Indeed. We all have our experience and it is typically not in the same area. There are some things I could accurate quote you a price on and other things that I would have absolutely no idea while another person may know exactly what you want and how much it would cost. As they say, the devil is in the details. The more details you provide, the better.

I believe this forum has a high-skills developer who can help you to build a project for you. Related to the cost, you can make a deal with every developer and I guess soon, you will be contacted by some of them and offers their help.

Maybe you can explain your project globally, not too details at first, so we can give suggestions or solutions on how much the budget you need to prepare, what is all about your site, your target market, etc. That will help us to determine what you need and calculate the budget.
