Definity Bitgame is doing things in their own way... I think they should pay more attention to some suggestions from here, it's how they can improve and make a better casino... and definitely, they should be more active here if they wish to attract people!

Unfortunately, they are not paying attention, although it's not yet to late to address the issue, they should start on the withdrawal accusations, it's hard for a casino to start with a good campaign only to end up like this, if they forgot this forum, it's their own loss, if they cannot update or address their issues anymore then better lock this thread.

Yeah, their Christmas promotion is quite good; for the rest they still have a lot of work to do to further improve lol. Currently I have Christmas 70 LUT tokens staked, but my rewards will only be 0.01$ at this moment, so seems to be that the "big" gains that we got in the beginning of the promotion are already non existent anymore.

I don't know why your rewards are very much different from the rewards they are giving I have 10000 Lut token coming from their bounty campaign but I'm only getting 4 to 10 cents I have never received higher than 50 cents, it's a waste of time promoting this project for three months I will have to wait for a year to cash out $10 here, their minimum cashout.

The rewards will probably more than 4-10 cents. But agree, their dividend program gives very low rewards. Hope that will help you to reach minimum withdrawal amount quicker

Ah didn't  know that but unfortunately I didn't participate the last couple of weeks of their bounty campaign. They should need to increase their dividends pool quite drastically in order to make it an interesting program. On the other hand, it is right now quite easy to mine the LUT tokens and you also get them for betting on sports. I am not such an active player on Bitgame as their minimum bet on in-house games and sports is way too high for me.

Based on my earning's history it's unlikely to happen, the representative here stop posting here and there's already a lot fo complaint already I thought this will be another Betfury in the making, but they have a huge gap in terms of comparison, I never expect to cash out here if I don't play, I just wish them luck and hopefully, this casino will take off next year.

I don't think the majority here knows about this casino and if new players check this announcement and notice the absence of a representative  I doubt if they will continue to play here, they better get their acts together.

The OP was last active a week ago, so if they are serious in making a spot in the gambling industry, they will find ways how to get in touch with the players.
Not only their existing ones but also potential players. It is hard work but they need to exhaust all possible means to get those players.

That is right, every casino has their own capability of how much they can shell out for these contests. Some don't even have the 100k for prizes. So whether big or small, it depends on how each casino will optimize the opportunity to attract more players. But after these contests, bitgame for example need to think fast on how to sustain the interest of those players. Because without any attraction, players will just move on to another casino.

I am not trying to harm Bitgame, I am not saying that they are bad, I just want to point on them missing opportunity. There are lot of things, mentioned here, they should pay attention on. Right now they are ignoring this topic, next they will start ignoring telegram group, and in a month they will ignore users issues.

Right now their Christmas 100k promotion works like it should not suppose to work. In the rules it is said "All the bets in sports and games settled during the event will produce Christmas LUT". But if you participate in their bounty and get bounty reward during this event, your bounty LUT turns into Christmas LUT. Then why someone need to risk and do bets, while others can make some tweets and get same Christmas LUT? This is not fair toward those who gamble. Dont you agree?

Why dont they make an announcement here that they have a promotion? So they ran a bounty here, distribute 5kk LUT, build their first bitcointalk army of fans, and... abandon this topic. Then it turns like it was waste of budget?
