Betfury and Owl.Games is there close competitors on this Web3 casino industry. They are the example that competition is huge on gambling market. If you dont bring anything new (for me Bitgame concept looked very familiar to Betfury) or dont have huge budgets, you wont survive. Having contracts with providers, a webpage, script and amount of money is not enough to stand out.

I havent heard about Bitgame before they had bounty campaign here and on two neighbour forums. I think that bounty was the moment when they started. They managed to get some traffic, but did not know how to handle it, nor had a good support. I have experienced chatting with support with withdrawal issue, and I had feeling that supports aim was to get rid of me as quick as possible, instead of going deep into my situation. It was sort of a "read rules" and "make a deposit, it might help". When we have 1000+ gambling pages, customer will just leave.

Wow, these things make me sad, I am a person who is very positive about the problems that can arise on casino platforms, because it is something very normal, however if they do nothing to raise the site, I feel that it is a loss of energy, I know how tough the competition is in these cases, because there are casinos that are very good and that are getting ahead with the option of tokens, but I think that they also have to put more heart into this, I have always said that forming An infrastructure of this caliber is hard and requires a lot of work, I hope they can do something about it and recover, it would really be a great thing if they could save all this.

I wouldn't keep your hopes high up, as I think the chances are high that all the money you will have on the site will be lost... They don't really seem to be actively working on the site and what started as a promising site, everything went pretty fast downwards after their start.

Three weeks is already very long to upgrade the casino, capable coders and admin will only take a week to upgrade their script they don't have a follow-up announcement at all, and we don't know if they are really fixing it, only Owldao and BFG token right now are the casino based token worth investing, we all though it's a promising token based casino because they've done a bounty campaign just like BFG, unfortunately, they cannot keep up.

Well, I lost the wish to play at Bitgame a long time ago... they had a nice story, in the beginning, but something was wrong! They should pay attention to this thread, they could take some advice from here and work on them, and the site would be a lot better!

Competition in crypto gambling is just getting tougher every year! If some new casinos like Bitgame wish to become more popular they need to work more and invest more in all sorts of promotions and marketing! And before that to be in touch with the community, to hear complaints, and to try to make their site more attractive to us players! Somehow Bitgame is failing in that, at least in my case!

Interesting, didn't know that. Also checked their Twitter and they are still posting daily messages but most of them get 0 likes and 0 retweets. Bitcointalk is indeed a good place to market and advertise a casino so too bad that they completely ignore this community which has a lot of experienced gamblers.
