Shitcoins as collectables in the future

Like most of you guys, i have tons of shitcoins in my wallets and trying to look at it from the bright site. I was wondering, what if there will be a market for collectable early shitcoins in the far future. I am talking about rare shitcoins that left some mark in the crypto world like most notorious exit scams or hacked coins or biggest pump and dump coins or first meme coins...
I wouldnt be surprised if we see a market for those in 20 years, at least that is how i cheer myself up when i see my wallets

Your strategy is unlikely to work. Shitcoins would only get value if they are revived and get a larger number of supporters. But why would anyone do that in the future for seriousness? Of course, it is possible that one or two shitcoins will be revived for fun in the future, but it is so easy today to fork a project and hype it with a few new feature changes than to raise a dead shitcoin project from the dead.
I'm also not aware of any shitcoin that was hyped in 2017 and then crashed having gained any noteworthy success in 2020/2021.

Well people are collecting all kinds of useless stuff. If crypto will get massively adopted, it wouldnt be surprising if people would like to get their hands on "vintage" coins.
I am not talking about a revived dead projects by developers, im talking about coins as collectables.

Nah, I doubt that shitcoins will be worth something in the future as collectibles. It is what it is, they are shitcoins, no value whatsoever. Just look at some coins that existed 10 years ago, majority of them are dead already but no one bothers to see them as collectibles. I like the believed in that idea, but there are thousand of shitcoins in the market in the next 20 years, so they won't be rare or something.

Most of us have shitcoins, like any normal chap, but the potential value is low given the terrible economic trends. What if, in the distant future, there should be a demand for collectible early shitcoins? It wouldn't be strange if somebody wanted to get its paws on undetermined wire if crypto became widely accepted.

Its your coins then its your  choice to make or what are the things you do want to those coins neither you do held it off for that kind of motive or just simply wont care at all.

Agree on what you had said about those possibilities on being a collectors item but it is really hard to believe on that those coins would really be considered to have some value in near future years to come.

Yes, they might made up some history on this market but there would be always new coins that would really be patching up the history and those coins would be totally forgotten.

These shitcoins lose their value because of a lack of usage, and there's no such thing as rare shitcoins, they are all the same, they are created for their creator to make money out of investors who believe in them, why create a collectible for them, developers are creating collectibles for things that have value and not for things that are useless, let these shitcoins remain shit and dead coins.

I have tons of them on my old Ethereum address, I already have more than 100 Token already and all of them was shitcoin, Well i personally really hope for that too even though it was not possible hahaha. It's little bit unique to see collectible shitcoin market especially some of big scam, same like today where we can see even tweet was selled through NFT market

most of "shitcoins" are pump and dump coins so even if it have a high value it will be It will be temporary and the price will not continue to rise.
In short, keeping them for long periods will be profitable if you follow the news accurately and sell at an appropriate time, and therefore if you get those shitcoins for *free* and you follow the market closely, there is no harm in keeping them.
As for trying to buy it in the hope of getting rich quick, they are false promises.

Shitcoins are shitcoins. No one wants them. They are just souvenirs of an unlucky time where you got coins from a project that is about to die or about to scam people. No one wants them, nobody cares for them, and even if you gather all those who are interested in shitcoins then all you can do is simply show off your collection and if you are lucky enough scam one of them to buy your shitcoin. This will not work. Move on and invest in more better and well known coins.

If you think that Shitcoins are new coins that are still in the development stage, small and have good growth potential then you should give it a place in your portfolio. Coins like these, although they account for a small part of the investment capital, often bring the highest returns. See it as a risky investment that shouldn't be spent too much capital.

On the other hand, if you think that Shitcoins are coins that flash and then go out, we should use the word "PLAY". "Playing Shitcoin" would be a pretty standard word because this coin is just for fun, quick to withdraw and the profitability is also quite good if you know how to hunt. Because of this type, whoever is fast wins.
No matter how you define Shitcoin, we won't stop you from buying Shitcoin. Try to spend some money to buy them, no matter you win big or lose all of them, it will also give you an interesting experience and better understanding of many aspects of the crypto world.

Shitcoins will always be shitcoins. That's a fact.

No one will ever, ever, ever try to collect and make those shitcoins a collectible. There are many shitcoins out there. Just see at Coinmarketcap. There are around 10,000 coins/projects out there and most of them are shitcoins. Are you hoping that the shitcoins that you are holding will have value in the future? Just keep it yourself because we all have shitcoins in our accounts . Just keep it like a souvenir .

Many of them peeps have already mentioned about these in the past. So many threads have been wasted in this proposal. I have not seen it took shape in the last 5 years. I do not know what is it with you and shitcoins making them collectibles. They are not tangible in the first place. Hell, even the shit stuff in real life has no value. So I don't think this will work, and I really don't have any idea why this proposal of making them collectibles and having a marketplace is always being brought up. Two words - move on.

That's a funny idea and i really could see that happening in a few years. But in order to see that happen i think we need some crazy rich guys that just want to collect and somehow create a sort of hype or movement so that a lot of people are starting to collect sh*tcoins in the future that have been dead for many many years then. In the end assets only have a value because people want to buy them that is true for everything that can be owned in this world, so if some people decide that they want to own the biggest collection of sh*itcoins then this can definitely make those worthless assets valuable again.

because if you look at shitcoins everyone will agree that something like this will just end up being worthless.
and long term is not suitable for a coin like this considering the nature of shitcoin which is not good for the long term.
if you see it with imagination of course it's okay because everyone is free to do it , but you see shitcoin as an opportunity then you must immediately change your mindset from now on.

I still doubt that shitcoins can be considered one day as a collectible except if someone will succeed to collect the total supply of such a coin. Think about Doge as one of the most known shitcoin in the crypto market and has the greatest potential to become a successful collectible, but it has an inflationary supply shared between millions of users, do you think someone can take benefits from staking it for decades?
However, i still believe that dead projects can be revived, so better to not lose any of them in your portofolio. Who knows?

I don't understand how a coin or token that is considered trash can then become a valuable coin in the future. But it's not impossible that one day someone will be willing to accommodate it in any way, even though it's not worth too much (I think only crazy rich people want to do this)

The main thing is to attract investors and have sufficient demand for it. But like we see from NFTs, many strange things can be interesting for investors, so I will not be also surprised if we see such a market in the future. There can be crazy investors that would like to buy it. On the other hand, shit coins usually have extremely big circulating supply as opposed to NFTs that are unique.

how can shitcoin assets become collectibles? it is indeed a unique thought. we do not know what will happen in the future. but that will not happen in the crypto market.
shitcoin collectors will be very different from assets on the market with popularity and valuable value.
