You have nothing to lose if you just hold into that shitcoins which I also prefer than to spend money on the fees, they might have a chance to get their real value out of nowhere, but never expect on this one. Just focus on what’s matter and with the real value, invest more as much as you can.

True, rather than on selling them on purpose or on cheap or peanuts but if you do hold then it is just requiring that patience of yours to wait up on a particular time even though its not guaranteed but at least
you are really hoping on something that might really be giving you off some relevant profits if ever you are a bit lucky but it do all depends on what coins you've been holding in the first place.
You could really do all sorts of things or views you do like in regards to your shitcoins because its your money then its your right on how you would really be handling it.

You are using such thoughts to cheer yourself up, well it is good to fantasies but don't allow it to get ahead of you because, you might be disappointed in a big way. Most of these shitcoins that are abandoned or that are dead is best to be forgotten than expecting anything good from them, let me ask who will launch the market and provide the necessary liquidity, and even if such happens, there is every chance they will exit scam again.
From another angle, such shitcoins might not even see the light of the day because people are not yet done with genuine and impacting coins, not to talk of going for shitcoins that were known to be dead.
Lastly, crypto can surprise that we are sure of, but don't raise your hopes high on those abandoned coins and tokens.

Your idea might be good OP but i don't see it realistic this time as most of the shitcoins are being abandoned by their own developers because they have no value anymore. So most likely, they will not gain any attention from the community because they are already considered as dead coins, and will not be listed anymore in any exchanges. Just forget them and move on.

Most won't have working blockchains so nothing more than a wallet.dat file will most likely end up worthless.  But like you I got my fair share.  No harm in keeping them wallet files in case something like that becomes a thing.  He look at nfts.  Who would have known so.e right click save type of file would be worth anything either.

If you just intend to keep your shitcoins OP without expecting much in the future, then its your choice. Maybe they have sentimental value on you that you can't get rid of them. So i respect your post. But for me, i just want to focus on accumulating more potential coins this time so i need to clean up my wallet and just store there what i think will be more valuable. Shitcoins will always be shitcoins and i think they will have no chances to regain their value so i don't have to waste my time on them anymore.

Sometimes, I feel pity and also Laughter once seeing my old wallet, seeing there are several shitcoins that are never listed on exchanges although the coins or tokens have been sent for several years ago.
This is the exact shitcoin or token when the team at that time promised too much about their projects and I fool believed them. That's the pity of me 

I will not expect much about the future of shitcoins because I am sure that they will value nothing, zero. Moreover, their team may be already dead because they don't exist anymore

I doubt it will going to happen in the future. But there's nothing wrong to think that way to cheer yourself. Sometimes it is depressing to see our shitcoins in our wallet because its a memory of our failed investments but in light of that it is also a reminder for us to not repeat the same mistakes again.

Just let it be and who knows something miracle happen and they will regain their value again.

We'll never know. There was shitcoin that's interesting actaully that did a campaign in 2017 like the BitCAD because it looks like their website is still up. One of the scam projects I guess but still, they are up and running even today. This is just the one that I saw, there may be more.

Maybe if ETH regulates the creation of new tokens,  those scams will come back to finish what they have started.

A very unique point of view from you and i think it's possible to happen if we just saw a meme coins was pumpepd that hype before. Crypto market is about demand no matter the quality of the coins is. As long as people making hype of it, the coins will looks very valuable.
If there is some big influencers promote those shitcoins in the future, there will be aa high price for it. I wouldn't surprice too

It's a reasonable prediction to make I think.

These projects are going to get revived every few years as long as they have liquidity going into the future on exchanges.

For example, Mona has been revived multiple times with crazy pumps. But these tokens have no value other than a vehicle for pump and dumps to be honest.

Shitcoins are also seen as part of the market, more precisely, if they can be sold it would be better than having to think and do something about it. Indeed. In that way, situations like this one can be prevented. I think that it is only wise and reasonable that traders choose the coins that have reputation in order to ensure profitability in trading efforts. Although they can get into the hype of trends, they must also have control and discipline when to get off out of it, with profits resulted, before situation gets bad.

I am not optimistic about such memes or scam coins. Most probably such coins will remain worthless after 20 years instead of this one should focus on good potential projects that can give profit rather than expecting from shit coins but we can not deny many times we have seen shit coins pump and dump so its purely depends on our luck if someday any of our shitcoin pumps.

Everything that happens in the crypto market is a mystery that can't be predicted, receiving the title as Shitcoin will make them less desirable, this causes very few opportunities for things to happen that make people who hold them make huge profits, they have to make a breakthrough that makes The market's focus is on it, but it's worth noting that the risk of shitcoins is that they will die and that has happened to a lot of shitcoins. I personally don't agree with taking advantage of a shitcoin like you said because it's too risky, only lucky people can benefit from it.

It will be a big mystery if ever some of my shitcoins that I accumulated during the airdrop years will suddenly revive.
Might as well think of it as another scam by whoever is resuscitating it. Just get over it and try to find ways to collect the deserving ones.
Expecting anything from those dust coins will be impossible. Most of them are left without a trace of the developers and some are just too bad to put value in.
I look at them as an eyesore in my Ethereum wallet, reminding me of my foolishness.

being removed from the wallet will feel useless and like doing things that are not necessary in my opinion.

Shitcoin is a coin that should only be invested in short term and shouldn't focus too much on it, every week I still trade buy and sell in poocoin where there are a lot of shitcoins in existence and it will be x2, x5 x10 or x20 for a short time and eventually go to the dead it's like a lottery game and you bet.
