Shitcoins as collectables in the future

Not only you, most of the user on this forum have some shitcoins in their wallet. Shitcoin is a small cap altcoin, shitcoin are subjective, so it's a bit difficult to revive a shitcoin that has been abandoned by its supporters for a long time.
Overall all shitcoin are the same, there is no such thing as rare shitcoin, if explained in more detail, something that is rare must have a high selling value. But the reality is very much different, while the shitcoin you say are rare actually have no selling value at all.

It is a good way of looking at shitcoins as a form of rare currency collectables in the future. Like this we feel less bad about making a bad investment. Probably most of us here on the forum have at least one or two old crypto coins which are close to being worthless at the moment. Selling these coins seems not attractive so we just keep on holding them and hoping for a rise in price eventually. Personally I gave up on believing in shitcoins, buying them in the first place was a bad call and I wouldn't do it again but now I am stuck with some coins. We don't know what is going to happen and maybe collecting crypto coins becomes attractive in a few years. Just like with people wanting to own all kinds of old currencies which don't have any value anymore. This would create a lot of demand again for coins which are not being traded anymore.

Like most of you guys, i have tons of shitcoins in my wallets and trying to look at it from the bright site. I was wondering, what if there will be a market for collectable early shitcoins in the far future. I am talking about rare shitcoins that left some mark in the crypto world like most notorious exit scams or hacked coins or biggest pump and dump coins or first meme coins...
I wouldnt be surprised if we see a market for those in 20 years, at least that is how i cheer myself up when I see my wallets

I understand the author of this topic. I have a lot of crypto wallets with these coins. It is very unlikely that any of them will cost good money, but this cannot be expected.

Well, if you got plenty of money to spare and spread out over shitcoins then start looking at any coins with low cap. Now that sounds simple and many alts also try to go the low cap route. That's why you should only put your money on the best potential low cap coin.

That is good strategy but I guess it will be much better and safer instead to invest in shitcoin, invest in the potential top altcoins with higher probability to become more valuable in the long run. Few shitcoin has good future like shib. Lucky to invest in real shitcoin but so unfortunately if we invest in rug pull. Be careful and enough awareness is always a must to determine and anticipate scam shitcoins.

I think if you look at the purpose of collecting cryptocurrencies, then this is a very interesting idea that may be relevant in 20 years. Yeah, I guess everyone who is longer than 2 years in the space owns the one or other shitcoin which is not worth anything anymore. So, there is a huge amount of people who own one and the inflation of new shitcoins is amazing. And I think it will not change in the future. So they can only be worth something as collectibles if they are rare and that is impossible with the inflationary development of these Shitcoins.

I hope so too but the chances might be slim. shitcoins are a wasted coin and I don't know what will happen next. shitcoin is losing in trade and not expected a lot of people, so I'm not really looking forward to that. Moreover, the more you come here, the more new coins appear that have good prospects, so shitcoins will get worse. With so many new coins, naturally investors will be more interested in collecting them and more shitcoins will appear in the market because they have lost in the competition.

I'm sure he won't collect shitcoins on purpose either. most of the shitcoins go into their wallets. or some of the airdrops and bounties.
shitcoin is growing quite fast in the crypto community. some just create hype then disappear. some are free they get but will never be for trading.
they don't get it to invest in the purchase. just for the hype then die. if someone collects it in the wallet, I don't think it's a thing. it will be nothing but a display for a very long time.

I am not at all interested in holding coins that have no clarity or As I mentioned with Shitcoin. besides being able to dirty my wallet, Shitcoin can also cause me to be lazy to hunt for other prizes. this is the reason i don't make Shitcoin my wallet collection
I don't think there's any point in storing shitcoins for a long time

From 2017 to 2021 have you ever seen any shitcoin that was able to rise from its grave? If there is please tell me the shitcoin.
Pump and dump incidents will always happen in the cryptocurrency market until now, but this does not apply to shitcoin. Never dream to wish luck from shitcoin, because that would be very difficult to happen.

In my perspective, some of the shitcoins kept in our wallet would remain priceless even for decades, since there is a no chance for several shitcoins to be valuable in the long run. And i think although there's a possibility for some of it to have good price in the future, hopefully it could have a price that cannot anymore be called as a shitcoin.

There will be no hope at all. Never expect developers to return to a project they abandoned. Instead of going back to developing old and outdated projects, they will try to follow the market trend to create other shitcoins or more potential coins. So don't expect it to just tire our mind more.
