Although the forum dey against ban evasion (that's creating another account when they don ban the first one) no body go disturb you as far you fit stay under a new identity.

Unfortunately there are alot of users who don't understand what a perma ban is. They think they can just create a new alias and all is well. If you suspect a person or know a person is evading a ban, just report the user to the mods. Hopefully the mods ban their new account.

Please Op I can't understand the words properly, how is the user invading a ban? No proof of related address or transactions, there are many accounts with the name Blackvirus on the forum some are banned some are not, are they all related to this account?

Unfortunately there are alot of users who don't understand what a perma ban is. They think they can just create a new alias and all is well.

They think that because the reality is that they can probably get away with it--unless they get sniffed out by the forum detectives.  It's too damn easy for banned members to create new accounts and start over.  I don't know if there's anything that can be done about that or not, but I do know that nothing is being done.

Did this joker BlackViruse actually evade a ban or not?  Sounds like he's speaking pidgin English, so it's hard to understand but it does appear that he did get banned and created a new account--or at least that's what he's recommending others do.

He seems to be explaining to someone that his account was banned in 2015 where the account was used to join a bounty or signature campaign. If that's true, I believe BlackViruse account that fall into the ban evasion category. However, I also don't really understand the post because of the language used. But look at this, now the account status has changed to Autoban user.

He got banned today according to bpip if this is the reason he/she was banned then I don't know what to say, I guess he was trying to advise against ban evasion I'm finding it difficult to read the language though

I'm trying to understand the context of the exchange between the two quoted in the first post.

BlackViruse is stating they had a banned account in 2015 (which is presumably when that previous account was banned) while the cryptopreneurbrainboss seems to be telling BlackViruse to abandon that account and start again (and "trust no one").

Is the brainboss hinting at something to BlackViruse that would occur once they've created a new account ??

I believe SquirrelJulietGarden is just using my post as a confirmation that the user is evading a ban. In regards to discussion, it's just another regular discussion ongoing on the Nigerian local thread and that's all. The user announced himself as a previously banned user then gave advice based on the reasons he was banned which is connected wallets, that his wallet was linked from a previously banned account which then resulted to the ban of the current account.

Then I stated that (translating to English; the forum is against creating a brand new account after you got banned although if he can be a productive users (which he didn't become) he might get a second chance but guess he didn't learn from his mistakes.

"Nobody will disturb you if you stay under a new identity" what does that mean to you if not you having a second chance on the forum, isn't new identity mean you can start new. Let assume that user was quite positive to the forum and he/she learnt his lesson and better himself on his new account assuming his account got linked somehow again I'm sure the forum would had reconsider banning him again maybe a lesser punishment will be given. The user stopped been active on the local board so how would we had known he's among those promoting spam on the forum.

I have tagged several users promoting that campaign but later stopped as it wasn't having any effect and as you can see we have some local board members on that list too. I don't understand what your problem is with me maybe it's time I ignore you. I know you have spent countless hours trying to see if you can find something that'll implicate me because it will give you joy. Well continue but stop starting baseless attack at me because this will be the last time I reply. Initially thought you were just proving him evading a ban but now I know you had other motives puff.

Is the moderator your friend? If your motive was to have the user banned for promoting a scam casino by providing fake and irrelevant evidence to the moderator, then there is a problem with the system. There was no proof of ban evasion supplied, and the user was not linked to any banned accounts ( no link to old account) I'm still perplexed as to how he got a ban, given that there was no plagiarism case. You brought out a deleted post( almost a year older from archive, a language you know nothing about to present? Looks like personal attack
