The reason is that yhiaali3 is a kind-hearted person and a very good member of the Arabic section, he lent this scammer once and he asked him for no interest whatsoever (their conversation was in a public thread) the scammer came back to ask for another loan, yhiaali3 granted him that "against my advice sadly", and now this scammer went missing without repaying the loan.
