The AVAX token is hot now more than ever, trading at $64 at the time of writing and with a 24-hour trading volume of over $2 million. Even more, it skyrocketed to above $68 hours ago to tap a new all-time high, according to CoinGecko. I think Avalanche has great potential and would tend to be the most attractive cryptocurrencies soon. Is this the right time to invest on this coin?

I think that the market is already at its maximum values. Solana, space, Avalanche have grown very well, Cardano too.
Polkadot doesn't want to grow up yet.
Even if the coin still grows 2 or 3 times, then I will not be upset that I did not buy it. The risks of losing money when the price of a coin falls is now much greater.

From what I have heard the prime reason for the pump in the AVAX token is the capital Injection in the company by a major hedge fund called Three Arrows capital and poly chain, These two big VC investments have led to the recent price surge, now this token too has become a VC backed cryptocurrency. Once again just like Solana, this chain to offers an alternative smart contract platform in place of Ethereum, and obviously, just like other blockchains after the recent NFT hype too, AVAX blockchain has got a lot of hype from NFT creators even though it's community so far is quite small as compared to ETher or even Solana. Now the thing is in a longer term we don't need so many competing platforms for smart contract creation unless they have their USPs, I feel it'll be a tough fight between SOL and AVAX for becoming Eth no. 2, unless ETH 2.0 is able to launch before that.

AVAX currently at $64-$68 surprised me quite a bit and it created a new ATH zone but when will we buy at a pretty high price and maybe it will be good for long term holders , but for short traders this will be quite a high price and risky.

Is there a right time to buy a token or coin at the top (nope) but still I will say it has potential and may grow exponentially but really not this moment when everyone is going all in My advice will be look into avax ecosystem and maybe pick one or two coin worth investing like joe which has grown too or any upcoming project from avax. Also lookup some IDOs from some launchpad there

People are always choose a coin when it already reached ATH. You shouldn't do that, you can wait first, waiting for it down a little for correction, and start invest with small amount of money first. If you invest with huge money on peak price, you will regret it later

It is on its high and I'll be careful if I'm going to buy this coin. The chart indicates that it's possible to go down after this pump.

Even the coin has the potential, it cannot escape the possible dumping scenario that might happen once its green days are done.

Yes it is but a bit too late for now as the price has been going up so much since the bullish market happened with the bitcoin again to recover its price from the bottom level to the highest level.
Some experts have predicted that if avax could compete with the another second layer solution of ethereum. The marketcap was quite small compared with what already achieved by the  platform like ada and something else.
Im sure that if this one will reach big capitalization in the future. AVAX is still undervalued if you are comparing this one with another project like ADA which was on the top 3 CMC.
Avalanche was starting to build its ecossytem slowly. I have been putting some amounts of money on this one since a few months ago and as per the price was going so much, i got decent money from avax. One of the potential investment for the future. This platform has good TPS unlike the competitor like ETH. The adoption is still continue and growing.

Avax happens to be another hidden gem lately, I don't think it is about hype only, this is base of the hardwork of the team building a strong technology for long term, a strong decentralized smart contract  platform like Avalanche to build dapps is worth the investment, I think now more people have discovered the project.

As far as I know, in September, Avax raised $230M in funding from institutional investors.  Not to mention, on August 18th they also collected 180M$ funded to attract defi projects built on Avax.  This has given a strong impetus to Avax to achieve a new ATH and become stronger thanks to the trust from the related sponsoring partners.

Avalanche Foundation director, Emin Gün Sirer, said: “The $230 million fund will help accelerate the development of DeFi, NFT and build a number of innovative systems on top of the Avalanche ecosystem.”

Avax is really promising coin and I see many investors are being attracted with this coin, and if you wanted to buy this coin for now I think it is the best time because it is now trading at 62$ a little bit down for now so there is an opportunity to earn.
