Multiple Dapp ecosystems in the future?

So pretty much I was thinking there are many projects that people can build on (Ethereum, Cardano, Elrond, etc etc). What are the chances we will see in the future multiple projects surviving and being built on?

The chance will be so high. Multiple blockchain will be actually needed by us. It's to give more room for the new users to use the blockchain. The multiple project will be live and more to come. This will make the competition will be very strict but we will get the best blockchain.

I do believe many and why? Don't you even see even with the current demand and some blockchain were not able to handle it at the same time? I should remind you about the solana's case that happened a few days ago. Due to the big demand and SOL chain was getting stopped for a while. We will need multiple blockchain to exist in the future. We have billion populations in the world. It will not possible to handle all of these people in a single blockchain.

I do believe that it will be multiple options. I am not sure if it will be eth, ada, sol, dot, matic or whatever else, I just know that it will be more than one that's for sure. Maybe a few of them will be gone, maybe a few of them will stay, maybe some new ones will arise, but I know that it will definitely be multiple ones for sure.

People do not like to overload just one place, they like to spread their money around to other stuff just in case it makes money, ETH does something good? Then lets invest into something similar in case that one does it too. That is how people think. This is why I believe there will be multiple even if not these ones in the future.

It is a problem of bridges. As to use one asset on different Blockchains you need bridges. It means that you lock this coin on one network, for example on Ethereum, and get certificate of ownership on another Blockchain, for example, Cardano.
Now bridges are not so perfect. There are several problems to be solved in the future. For example, to get this certificate on another Blockchain you need the approval of a relayer. If we are talking about centralised system, it is not difficult to create, but it is insecure. And what comes to decentralised, nobody has made such before.

Everyone has a team and it really depends on their performance in developing their respective coins. Ethereum as an example is able to develop it to date. But if it's for a period of 5 to 10 years, I can't speculate whether it can or not because we only follow every cryptocurrency development and are not great experts

We can't predict on that but at least seeing multiple projects being built on different chains, that makes crypto more convenient to use. What my hope is, developers should continue to work despite being backlashed. They should focus on their goals as it's not really easy to please the investors. Continue the development, follow roadmaps and always be in talk with the community.

What is clear is that there will be more than 1 dapp project that will be successful in the future in the long term, because there are many altcoins that have smart contracts, it is impossible to handle just one dapp.
there are many options now for dapp management to prove their quality in order to be accepted in the market.

Yeah, I think this could be the trend in the future. I mean crypto is evolving, so we might see projects collaborating and making multi layer dapps to cope up with the demand.

I'm seeing that it will happen much earlier than that. For sure those projects are thinking ahead. And we are a niche, the people around knows each other very much and it's not that hard to work together to produce one successful dapp ecosystem in maybe two years.

The war on the public chain has begun. The next two years I think it is a war on the public chain.Look at the top 10 currencies now, and a lot of changes have taken place.

The future of DApps can only be imagined. The crypto world will definitely have numerous DApps designed for various purposes to meet peoples needs. Recently, SKALE project was recently launched (6 Dapps - https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/6-flagship-dapps-set-to-go-live-on-ethereum-scaling-project-skale-2021-07-29) which is aimed at enhancing Ethereum network. Yes it is. It could be hard but its not impossible. There is a way to incorporate such feature into one dapp that has ability to use all potential features. Actually there are gateway already to other dapp if you used such dex. But I assume you are thinking of a dapp that actually that have it all.

I just want to share with you this, the world is always changing and always creating good things for life, no one can be sure what the next 5 to 10 years will look like this field will look like. I just find that simplifying things rather than complicating them, as we're looking at, is the ease of use and the rising price of dapps across platforms is proving the demand as well as the supply. There is a clear interaction.

Those projects who have solid fundamentals will have a higher chance to survive in this market, not the one who just copy-pasta what do what other does. I'm sure the competition will be tight, so I believe there will be multiple projects that compete to survive.

Within a free market, I don't think there will be only 1 successful project leading on the top. Just like what happened with cryptocurrencies in general, there is a massive amount of cryptocurrency yet only with the most potential and has many usabilities comes out at the top. I believe the Pareto principle plays its part here. And in the future, I believe interoperability play a major part.

As I know there are already few projects trying to achieve this. There are already exchanges that finds and does the trade with the most rewarding path between DEFIs, all they need is to add some bridge in between. The only drawback is the fees would be on higher side but you don't do a inter-platform exchange every time and doing that exchange through centralized exchange would take an extra withdrawal fees on top of trading fees. With more cheaper networks on operation, we would surely see much of these types on inter network DEXes.

Every day new Dapps and new technology coming and this will continue in future, after 5 to 10 years I think there will be many Dapps and currently Dapp will survive if they will according to the demand of the market and there will no one ecosystem in market.

Ecosystems will develop and exist side-by-side. Strong development depends on investors and user response. I see now that the money is being poured into SOL, MATIC, AVAX, ONE by investment funds… If in the future there are new projects with a better ecosystem, the money will continue to flow in.

The project above I am sure and following its development, Cryptocurrency is now running faster than before. We're on the NFT trend. All coins want to follow the crypto trend.

Projects are working hard to develop their products and ecosystems. The success of a project depends on technology and user support. So in the next 5 years all projects have an equal chance of success.

I know some platforms that work on different blockchains, it means that they launch on Ethereum, BSC, Polygon at the same time. For example, a popular exchange Sushiswap can be used on different networks. I think that such projects will be more and more popular as it is very convenient for users to work on one platform and not to switch to others because of another network.
