Hello, I bought a used Innosilicon T2THF+ on Alibaba. The seller showed me a video of the miner working and everything was fine.

But once received, I tested it with a cable I bought on Aliexpress (this one https://ibb.co/0mH8kJQ)
to connect it, and the T2THF+ does not work. The hashrate is not displayed, nothing is displayed, it loads indefinitely.
https://ibb.co/N9qg9CK

on Inno monitor the hashrate is 0. I don't have an error number so I can't diagnose the problem
https://ibb.co/3R44sBK

I wanted to look at the logs but nothing is displayed.
I let it run for 10 min, then I restarted it, I also put the last firmware installed but nothing changes.

https://ibb.co/Jqb40Ff

I have several hypothesis:
The cable I bought is not the right one
The miner crashed during the transport
I have no other idea why it doesn't work.

I am new to mining and this is the first time I use a miner from innosilicon, I have L3+ but I never had any problems with it.

Thank you for your help  Smiley

Sometimes shipping can cause package damage during delivery and sometimes the item is broken.

That unit power is around 2600w on 220v so the wire you bought is fine if the image show 16a is right.

It seems your browser is the culprit it's not loading anything from the dashboard. Could you try to access the miner through incognito mode or try to clean your browser cache and access it again.

If it does not solve your problem try to access it on other devices.
Did you set up the pool?

Thanks for your reply

I tried to connect to the miner in private browsing but it does not change anything. Yes I set up a pool.

I changed the mode to efficiency and I got an error:
https://ibb.co/7ncdZKB
The problem comes then from the voltage or the psu

The miner is connected to a power strip which is connected to a wall socket.

Do you know how I can solve this problem? I heard about zeusbtc but I think it's the ultimate solution

If it doesn't work on incognito mode it seems the issue is firmware corrupted.

Can you try to flash it with firmware you can download the firmware from the Innosilicon download page from here https://www.innosilicon.com/html/support_en/download.html
Make sure to download the correct file and if you can't access the dashboard on the browser properly you can use innomonitor to flash it follow the guide from this docs below just follow the guide on how to upgrade.

I have already installed the new firmware version of the t2thf + with inno monitor, I have the impression that the problem comes from the psu
https://ibb.co/L1tsQjw
https://ibb.co/jzspDfc

I will try to install older firmware, I found one here https://github.com/mekas17/fw/tree/main/t2thl%2B/soc

Although this is an old topic it is a problem asked by friends I will write down some reasons.

1)Fans: Yes fans. pwm reader of 1 or more fans may be not working and/or fans direction may be wrong.

2)Psu:check psu.

3)Control boad:control boards sockets may be burnt

The more I meet people, the more I like my dog.

Have you checked that your network equipment or mining pool is connected correctly?
I found this:
