If you are absolutely new to tradingview then you can watch a basic tutorial on Youtube on how to use tradingview.
To setup candlestick chart you have to open any trading pair and on the topleft you can select the type of chart you want to use.
Refer below screenshot.

Try to post more like explaining you page view on TV or posting an image so others will get the better recommendation on how to fix it. I think even trial period/limited accounts even have an option to tweak your candlestick, I wonder what it is really you needed.

youtube is the best place to find some answers when it comes proper set up in trading, because you can actually use a simple keyboard for that mate, wherein you can easily find some informative information such step by step tutorial from some knowledgeable traders around the internet who used to post videos daily weekly for new information . And probably you're new here so perhaps that's the good idea so that you can obtain more idea as well.

Try downloading their official desktop application^[1] and log in your account to see if anything changes. I am not sure why it isn't working because using candlestick is the most basic setting that you can find on the website version.

Or perhaps you are looking for a different candlestick indicator similar to this one?

How do I use candlestick pattern indicators?
To add candle pattern indicators to the chart, go ahead and open Indicators and Strategies menu. From there, go to the Candlestick Patterns tab to see a list of all indicators currently available in this category. Select which pattern indicators you’d like to use from there.
