That is basically what happened, we were expecting Casimero and Inoue to fight next but since there was no progress at all then the WBO ordered Casimero for a mandatory fight, I am sure that if there was at least something in writing that made it obvious to the WBO that there was some progress between Casimero and Inoue to organize the fight they would have allowed the fight to happen, but since that was not the case then Casimero needs to face Butler, and if he wins then he can think about fighting Inoue.

I think recently or last month, MP Promotions seeks talks with the Casimero right? We can assume it was a failed deal and Casimero instead will now work with a new promoter. I'm curious about what or who promoter did they work in business.
