I agree with you, though Inoue won that fight but that is the hardest or we can say that Inoue has been tested on his young career.

It was gastritis specifically and if this would happen on 2nd time around or would be having some medical issues on upcoming fight which is 1 month from now then it would really be having some irresponsibility

I agree – the uncertainty is biggest odd in sports. It can kill the moral and can put the player in difficult situation. Mental health is a real challenge even once admits it or not.
