I have a feeling that it was intentional they just didn't expect for it to be found out. according to BBofC they require Casimero to undergo check weights when he arrived and they noticed an alarming reduction in Casimero's weight after several check weights after he arrived. It's just surprised me that it's impossible they don't know or aware of the weight rules. According to the report, when he arrived in the UK, he completed a series of two weight checks. First check, good. The second check now indicates a shocking 10 lbs reduction in 3 days. That is something not possible even with a serious good diet and exercise.
