MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Ventus 2X 8g ocv1 LHR Unlocked ?

good evening i'm new Mining
I made a mistake and bought these cards (4x MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Ventus 2X  8g ocv1 LHR) which lock at 30 Hashrates. 
I use him NiceHash Miner
I can unlock the cards there is a way?
How can I use them to get better performance?

Most other miners with the top one being NBminer supports the unlock up to a certain point and as far as I know this card V1 LHR can go up to 40 Mhsh so far in mining with Nbminer.This is the maximum so far but I am confident they will raise these cards to be 90% efficient or meaning 50 Mhsh even being LHR with the unlocking that has started.I don't know about Nicehash if they support LHR unlock from these newest versions of the miners,they usually update their miners so they should but I don't know if they have done so already.
