The dip a couple of days ago was beautiful but unfortunately I didn't take advantage as much as I should have. Is right now I bad time to go in? Should I wait for another dip? Thinking of getting several coins. Goal is very short time investment.

I think if you buy this month of September and hold it now, surely you already gain, because as you can see
the market now in bitcoin price value was definitely now in around 60k$ and up something and the lowest price I've seen it since
last week was around 59k$ plus. In short, at this very moment we are in the bull run stage I guess.

Right now everyone is going to be genius trader on the market because market is on bull run condition, every trade decision we made, made us feel we are have a good skills of trade because always making profits.
People keep saying they know the dip and they know when the price is going high again.
My suggestion is, don't bring too much confident when trading in crypto market, always placing a stoploss and never put all eggs in one basket, because sooner or later market will surprice us.

You wouldn't be surprised if you are open to all the possibilities, as a trader, we need that as that means we are being realistic and we understand how the market will behave. IMO there is no ideal time to buy or sell coin, it all depends on what strategy you are following. Of course there aren't many who bought BTC when its at 4000$ (Dec 2018) and sold it at 68000$. I'm also struggle with this very problem, ofcourse we don't know how deep is that dip we're waiting for or is it a bad timing to buy now? And I can't see that certain dip we're looking for but what I did is I choose what dip I can afford and then wait when that price comes, until then that is the time for me to buy. It's also the same struggle for "when to sell" because as I said we won't know unless we have that certain amout we project.

Absolutely. Engaging in bitcoin may possibly encounter a lot of problems but, it depends on how you will handle it. It is not too late, you can still buy and hold waiting for the next bull run to take some profit. Indeed. Wait for another dip if you have patient to wait, but if you want to go long term investment then there's never too late to start investing in your favorite crypto coins. Crypto market is very volatile so it's not surprise if we missed our opportunity to buy the dip, keep watch the market and stay calm  .

Just follow the market if the market is bullish just take a entry your favourite alt/coin . Dip will come it's necessary to fill the market position stable. But no one can watch the future if you just buy some coin there's maybe a dip next to you. Then you would be thinking If I was not buy that token that time. Depends on how much will you buy and sell. Given that the exchange rate was very close, it will be hard to make good profit out of it. Unless all of your trades on that certain time are all profits. Meaning you all buy those coins low and sell them quite higher. For me this kind of trading is time consuming but I think it is worth it if you learned how to do it efficiently.
Better hodling tho if we are talking about bitcoin.

If we put basis in the current price which is 63k$ we can really say that it is a little bit late if we buy on it this time, because the very best time to by based on the price history of btc is during the year of 2009-2010 a year that Bitcoin first traded in market. I can't imagine how many profits that the holder will get if they buy on year 2010 and hold till year 2021.

It's never too late to buy, if you do a deep and correct analysis of your coin, then entry points can even be on the rise and with a high value, I always believe that it is never too late to enter the market, many did not want to enter bitcoin when its price tag was 1 0 000 dollars, now it is under 70 000 dollars.

I think you have not taken look at the new ATH of $68k+ this time as the barrier was broken and we are having these price levels now.There are saying that Everytime is best when you start investing in bitcoin but actually we wait for too long hoping the prices to dip some more and eventually that didn't happen we did not invest at all and then price increases and we regret later on.The best part is to invest at the current prices or in crash/dip period and then wait for them to recover and surge even higher which will bring profits to us.So don't wait too much as btc is not going to wait.
