From what I have found, there is no restriction as such to post about bounty campaigns on Twitter. But the problem is that certain users pay to get 1,000 or 2,000 followers (through platforms which sell followers) and then enroll for 25-30 bounties at a time. And then they start spamming about these bounty campaigns on Twitter. Multiple people might have reported your account for spamming, and that is probably the reason why Twitter terminated your account. If I am not wrong, first they suspend your account for a limited duration with a warning. Termination is always a last resort when the warnings are ignored repeatedly.

The moment i entered the BTCitcoin space in the early days, the scenario i had in my mind is that i could literally conduct business with everyone in the world without any restrictions and that did not change till now. If Twitter allows you to send micro transactions it is well and good as it will attract new users to the cryptocurrency space and hopefully they will learn about the broader aspect of the market rather than limiting themselves thinking of the market as a means to earn money.
