It is better for China to gain control of 'Taliban' than to threaten rival countries with a 'nuclear attack initiative' because it was only those rival countries that kept the Afghan people safe and the Taliban in danger.

China doesn't care about the Hazara or any other ethnic group in Afghanistan. All they want is the support of the administration that is currently in power in that country for the One Belt One Road (OBOR) initiative. Whatever ethnic infighting is there in Afghanistan, it is the duty of the Afghans to find a solution. Outside powers tried to help during 2001-21, but it didn't worked out well. The ordinary people of Afghanistan want Sharia law and opium poppy cultivation, and it is ridiculous to blame anyone outside the country for it. And regarding the Hazara people, if they want to move out of Afghanistan, then they can deconvert to their original religion (Tengrism) and apply for a Mongolian passport.
