Why don't you pay the fee on one of the stablecoins we have, most admins receive salaries on stablecoin rather than the native coin, I know this from experience but it all depends on individuals some may not mind it.

This is better since imagine how hard to get paid then wait for the coin to get a value and knowing how ICO is so bad nowadays for sure there's no one will be put an interest for working on a project which doesn't have a value and also it doesn't have any guarantee to succeed nor be listed on the exchange mentioned. So to give proper guarantee and which is I think been exercise already in this forum by other project owners better he pays somethings valuable alts which their worker can sell anytime they want.

Yup managers needs assurance nowadays because indeed there are paying project but majority does not so why push or risk in fud when you can make sure of yourwork not becoming a waste of time.
