Maybe time will come that most of the establishments will also implement this one, though in my place dine in on most of the restaurants are exclusive only to those who are fully vaccinated. There are certain casinos that do not require a vaccination card, but most establishments now do because most governments have previously launched a covid vaccination program, and they think that most people are now vaccinated.

Sorry mate. My city has only a "No Mask, No Entry" policy at clubs. Albeit, there's laxity in its enforcement.  I can't say for casinos because we have none over here. In my opinion, I'd say, 1 in 10 persons can be said to have received the vaccine.

Not only in your city but every person in the world will need a vaccine card because the virus will be here for a very long time just like colds but it's even worse, and this is also to compel those who do not want to get vaccinated to get a vaccine or they will be ostracized, I really don't like this kind of rule but this is necessary this is a new normal and we have to live with it.

For now, yes only on some selected establishments like restaurants. But soon, we can expect that most establishments will now require a vaccination card, fully dose, to all people. I'm really expecting that since it's slowly taking place. It was first required on travel leisure on which the local government is the one who mandated the law. That's the reason why many people now undergo a vaccine because of mandatory requirement on some leisure and social activities such as going to mall, resort and hotel booking, beach, tourist attraction etc.

Since there's no outdoor gambling for casinos (like alfrescos on restaurants), that's the big reason for casinos to impose a requirement of having a fully vaccine shots.

This is getting too far, I am a supporter of people getting the vaccine because I think that is what is best for them as it improves their chances of survival if they get the virus and it is the best also for society, however I am against this because this is outright discrimination, imagine that a business did this based on the color of your skin, the media and the people will be over that business claiming they are violating the rights of those people and I think the same is happening here.

Travel restrictions are one of the strict rules made by the government of my country to reduce the number of Covid-19 spreads and also increase the number of people who are vaccinated

In accordance with government guidelines, our restaurants are open to serve fully vaccinated diners. We encourage guests to make a prior reservation and prepare proof of vaccination which will need to be presented upon arrival at any of our dining outlets.

I think its because the Senate here rejected the bill that requires for a mandatory vaccination against the virus.

Well, to be honest, It's quite lax here in the Philippines. Despite the increased number of Covid Cases, Government somehow lifted some restrictions and made public places including these casinos. I doubt that these casinos got closed during those lockdown periods. Well, I'd suggest this should be a mandatory as well here in the Philippines. Since it has the same Logic of people having dine-in services, people will also spend time playing inside the casino. The situation is almost the same in my town but this was the time when I went inside the mall and had my haircut. Good thing, I brought my vaccination card with me because barber shops require proof of vaccination cards in order to avail their services.

To be honest, this is completely fine for me as it provides an extra layer of security to combat against COVID19 and its further transmission from person-to-person. To make matters worse, lots of people are against vaccination due to the spread of fake information about its side-effects, etc.

But in terms of visiting a physical casino, my brother told me that they did require proof of vaccination cards as an ID before you enter such establishment.

I would say this is more a problem of your government not properly organizing these vaccination cards rather than putting any blame on a business that just wants to protect it's patrons. The vast majority of people in most countries will take a safe vaccine when offered, so that naturally means that the majority think it is the proper solution out of this crisis we are in. It is only fair that the wishes of the majority are respected and unless you have a good medical reason why you cannot be vaccinated then you should be taking it to protect those around you. The rules in my country are much more lax and businesses are free to make their own rules but most do not enforce any restrictions now. If you're in a country with high transmission rates then it might be a sensible setup to reduce the spread in confined spaces.

Well perhaps, different countries have different stories about vaccination, and here is my place --there is no mandatory vaccination, and those who are not vaccinated should not be experience rejection in any place. What they are worried, they are vaccinated and as they said, once you are vaccinated you are fully safe from the virus and you are immune to it. Perhpas if you don't have any safety gear like a facemask and face shield and don't follow safety protocol, that is the time you will not enter any establishments like casinos, malls, or even in the public market which is prone to a crowded place. Casino houses won't let this happen or people will choose online casinos while we are in the pandemic.

I also expect every buildings (public and private) will require vaccination card in order to let the individual enter them in most countries, since it's a global sanitary guideline. But for now I think they shouldn't introduce it yet, because people are still getting vaccinated slowly, as there isn't enough doses for everyone, especially the youngest ones. It will prejudice businesses' income and harm economy even more as younger people are the most active spenders inside a society.

That is a good suggestion, starve them and don't support this idea, this is the same as discriminating others, many countries did not support on this idea because they respect of what other people's decisions. Vaccines do not truly give you a guarantee that you will safe from the virus. There are still studies and research on this stage and many people have died not the virus but the vaccine because they never know what is the outcome of the vaccines, they are just studying us. If a casino support this way, then, there is no way adopt them or even visit them.
