This transaction has been pending for more than 6 hours now, did they purposely send  with just 654 Sats as fees? I really hope this does not pend for ever or return back to where they came from.

Consider it my mistake. They needed to know how to make mass payment. I was showing them how it's done. When I was giving the instructions, then the tx fees was 1 sat/vMB from the tip (according to this site). I told them that this fees will be more than enough, but still use 2 sat/vMB. I was expecting them to broadcast the tx while we were having the chat, but I guess they got busy with other stuffs. After half an hour or so, they said the boardcast button is not clickable, so I told them to sign first and then broadcast. But it seems as I was instructed they thought 2 sat/vMB was okay, however in the meantime the fees went up. My mistake was that I should have taught them how to use jochen-hoenicke site to see current fees just before boradcasting a transaction.

Let's give them today. Hopefully we will see less congestion. If we do not have the transactions confirmed, then I will ping them and will show them how to increase fees. The tx is RBF enable, so there are nothing to be worried.
