I agree with what you said due to do the possible risk involve and after I did some research. I think the OP just emulates a previous thread posted on this forum which offers almost the same service.
However, I don't support this kind of motive and I believe it better to run a total decentralized exchange which I believe will be profitable since most exchanges are blending to the KYC/AML rules.

I have just visited your mentioned link and it seems to me that those are almost same offer and I think both are created by same person or same team. They are just trying to promote their service by blackhat method nothing else.

From experience of using Elastic..

Try running Elasticsearch on anything with less than 16GB when you have more than 100mps... just read around, Any why use elasticsearch for a website like that when you are already using SQL? log to sql or log to file, there is not that many logs.
