Yes that's AFAIK they didn't accept debit/credit cards deposit, so it's about depositing a cryptocurrency. However I don't really understand how that can be classified as Money laundering, that's suspicious but it's not laundering since the casino can track each address and hash.

If they find anything suspicious like this then they must ask to do kyc. Because the casino can better understand which user is doing what kind of activity, so it can use force to kyc that user at any time. Doge and LTC has the most cheaper Fee even they are some sort of congestion , maybe the team anticipate what had happened this year alone when the transaction fee of ethereum climb so high that almost higher than bitcoin so they are offering other coins instead of this one.
