So, I have got the point that if they count only loss bets for referral then it is possible to give 50% referral commission base on the loss bet. How do casinos exploit a scenario where you change your client seed and the server seed change to? The Server seed must be encrypted to make sure that un-hashed server seed cannot be changed by the casino operator. 

Do they offer you a option to verify that the hashed server seed matches that of the un-hashed server seed.... after the new Server seed was changed? (to check the validity of the previous Server seed)

Yes they do. You can see the hash of the current server seed by clicking on the button with a "nut" icon and when you start anew session the server seed will be revealed. They do match but this is not the problem.
The problem is that the server seed is generated after the user enters his custom seed. A fair system must generate the server seed and provide its hash before knowing the client seed to prevent any possibility to manipulate the results.
