There is no internal exchange if I remember it correctly. Internal exchange can be good but can bring bad thing as well, so it is like double edged sword. The bad thing I mean here is related abuse as there is faucet and rainbot where user can get free money. Abusers may take an advantage of collecting free coins, exchange it all into one coin then withdraw it. Of course it can be prevented by having strict rules to use the the exchange.

You are right those who use free coins which they get for promotion, rain, faucet and something like that can exchange their high rated coin to low rate and also multiple coins into one so that they can withdraw their fund by lowering fee and/or by filling minimum withdrawal limit. I guess it is because they do not have enough budget for promotion and marketing but they have Christmas and New Year special event on the site.
The special events are Diamond Rain and More chat games in chat, not really a special events for me as the reward is not that attractive.
