Trading or sending on behalf of anyone is not a crime. But they can think too that ownership of all the accounts is the same. In this case, told all of your friends/relatives/locals to verify their KYC. If all of you can verify your KYC then I think they will be able to unban you. If you have no such option then contact them on-site. If that is not possible then try to send a message on the forum. If still you do not get any solution then create a scam accusation with as much information as you have.

2 - your friends too, do they each have an account at this casino? right?
