Bro, it's difficult to find one telegram group chat that would cover all the needs. Most of the time you will need to join different group with different supported cryptocurrencies. For example in my situation, I joined discord group of different NFT games because there is no such thing as just one that would discuss everything, it would be chaos.
I prefer finding them one by one and just open the notifications of your favorite TG group or just look for a forum like this so everything will be in order. Good luck finding what you need.

This is not TG, but I had seen people especially my colleagues building up communities in Discord. You might be able to find more people there than TG, since not that many people are really familiar with TG and Discord is a bit more popular, so that is just my suggestion.

I don't particulate in any crypto communities/groups as the majority of them just simply exist to shill or spam, nothing really important so I just skipped most of them. Maybe you could say bitcointalk is one of the kinds of crypto communities but at least in here, shill or spam are not going rampant.

Whatever, i have joined in bountyportals chat it's controlled by @irfan_pak, As i know it’s mainly for bounty update and support but sometimes i see someone sharing trading tips that was helpful.
