If there’s one thing science has proven over the years, it’s that science can be disproved. Once upon a time someone proved the world was flat. They also proved the sun revolved around the earth. Here is what the Bible has that science is missing.

The early Bible from the time of Jesus and before, showed that the earth is about 7,500 years old. God created the heavens and the earth... and then there was something like time... and then there was day one.

Before day one, but after the creating of the heavens and the earth, God hovered over the waters (in Spirit). Then, on day one, God created light. What this essentially means is, that if there was physics before the first day, it was not the same physics that we have after the creating of light... not the same physics that we have today. If it was the same, light would not have had to have been created.

There might be some similarities between our physics, and the physics that existed between the creating-of-the-heavens-and-the-earth and the "time" when the Spirit of God hovered-over-the-waters and day one. But we don't entirely know what the differences might be. This means that we can't extrapolate backward in time beyond about 7,500 years ago, because we don't know if our physics fits or not.

Somebody might say that the light from the stars shows that the universe is billions of years old. But the flaw in this lies in the 4th day of creation when God set the sun, moon, and stars in place. There isn't any physics detail in the Bible. It simply says what God did.

God didn't do something useless on the 4th day. He didn't simply make the sun, moon and stars. If He had done only that, most of the light from most of the stars wouldn't have reached the earth, yet, in only 7,500 years. So, the stars would have mostly been useless for us.

God did what was practical. He made the stars, and this means that He made the stars for us to see by making all the light in between us and the stars, just as though the universe was billions of years old.

The point is, science might be perfectly right if things had remained as they are, back into the distant past. But there is no way to determine that they have. So, we need to rely on the record of the Bible.

Science had always been based on countless hypothesis that are not viable with absolute facts. Maybe op need to go and read the Bible to get an hint of what had existed before now that the science are just using ideas decietive   hypothesis to suggest what had happened before there own beginning.The books of the Bible is the beginning of science and it's gonna be the end at last when it comes to aging discoveries. Well your post is based on your own thinking and isn't binding upon everyone. Yes it’s true the sciences is based upon hypothesis and are not absolute facts. You might know the theory of 'Big Bang' it is also based upon a hypothesis and mostly people aren't agreeing with this.  But if we compare this theory with Religion we have an authentic prove for this theory, in the Muslims religious book Quran it is clearly mentioned in Suran Anbiya (21:30) "the heavens and the earth were joined together as one unit, before We clove them asunder" God has already mentioned many secrets in his books. It's up to us to find them.
