nope , you cannot force applicant to wear Signature unless They are already accepted , and also they are waiting for the Escrow Funds as your Signature campaign is questionable so People don't want to Make free advertising in case this turns out scam project(In which need to be proven wrong)

That's great because you have a great initiative to make your project get better publicity on forums by hiring experienced managers to manage your campaign as well as being willing to keep payments for participant in escrow. Even though this is a 1 week long campaign, I can only hope that your project will be as successful as it should be.

*Every investor should also be careful and carry out a complete analysis and consider the risk of your investment because the manager will not be responsible for your losses if the project does not succeed as expected. So, do your research.
