STAGCOIN - anyone heard of this issue or is it a scam?

I have had an approach by a ‘pool’ offerring me a space in a new project called STAGCOIN and linked to Tagprotocol.

The story is that staking Stagcoin gets you access to register NFTs in Twitter hashtags which will be used to award TAGCOIN based on the popularity of the hashtag you own rights to.

Usual sort of scam story, STAG will convert to TAG at first issue, buy in at USD 0.00025 per STAG. Future predicted price of TAG 0.01 USD giving 40 x return on investment. Keep holding and if your hashtag is top of popularity you will mine more TAG every 60 minutes. Guaranteed returns 1% weekly etc.

Has anyone else heard of this, sounds lime a ponzi.
