We live in a cold region, we need to somehow insulate the house. I've heard a lot about thermal insulation volta, do you think it's a good idea to use it?

Hi, if you want to achieve maximum heat preservation, it is better to use stone wool. It is considered the best - https://technonicol.in/materials/stone-wool/ you can choose different types of plates. If there are difficulties, you will find a lot of useful information on this topic and contacts of managers on the site.
