After recharge, the order is frozen after changelly, and I am asked to provide kyc information
After I submitted the bank information and kyc information, the refund will be refunded to the original address within 7 days after the email reply

That is a large amount but I don't think they would try to steal it from you. There's probably some other things going on. How did you come across the Changelly deposit address? Its a HitBTC address so I'm wondering if you got phished. If you can upload any screenshots you have (remove sensitive info first) that might help.

They didn't transfer the assets to HitBTC. The address you were given was a HitBTC deposit address that has only ever been used 1 time. Log in to Changelly and take a screenshot of the order. Be sure to include the URL of the website, but you can black out sensitive info.

You have not provided yet a single proof if they scamed you, provide screenshot maybe cumunity help you and people get awareness
