Indeed, there are quite a lot of existing FUDs, such as backing up real money, only 70%, and so on. however, it does not cover that USDT is currently the most widely used stability coin. So, I think, it's still very much worth using.

USDT is the oldest, most established and largest stablecoin and presumably easier to integrate than other stablecoins. This doesn't mean it is the best or safest stablecoin though.
I would suggest to split your holdings across several stablecoins to avoid a large loss in case USDT or another one is going south. To me it is not a question if, but when this will happen.

I think it's fake news made up without any explanation about the USDT issue. Now we can see that the USDT price is still stable and there are no issues with the USDT coin. Where did you get that USDT is a scam, you better digest all the news you see first and don't immediately believe in news that is not clear.

USDT is centralized to keep USDT safe from dangerous things such as fraud, money laundering. An alternative to USDT is BUSD. I use both, but USDT is very expensive in its transaction fees if using the ethereum network. The solution is to switch to a tron network.

Because you are trading an asset doesn't mean you are safe, you are safe because it still hold your value.
Usdt is surrounded by allegations and has always have something to hide for the public which is not a good thing for holders.
I used USDC not because I trust but because they have this transparency in them though but not 100%

I agree with you because I myself have not experienced any problems when using USDT,
so far USDT remains a stable coin and I don't have the slightest doubt about it,
I hope the worrying news really doesn't exist

Ignore such bad news it is still highly trustable stable coin.  If you are still worried you can use BUSD or TRCusd these both also a good option but I do not see anything bad in using USDT. I don't think it will be a scam.
