Is USDT a trustable?

A very small percentage of USD stable coins can be obtained by holding or stakeholding on any exchange.  Other coins, like any other coin, give a higher percentage for stacking, not stable coin. USDT stable coin has many advantages, to keep it in hold any time the market goes down and entry into a good project easily becomes the right time.

Trust me, USDT is a stablecoin that reflects the price of the US dollar, because it is one of the most stable coins in the crypto market, you don't have to worry about this one coin and don't be swayed by bad news. . out there, I think investing in usdt is very safe from the highest risks when a bear market comes along.

when market conditions are down most people will convert their assets to USDT to avoid bigger losses. but changing assets to USDT cannot be said to be an investment because the USDT value remains stable and will not make the assets we have increase. 4 CMC rating is enough to prove that USDT is the most used stable coin and has the largest community compared to other stable coins.

USDC and BUSD are also great coins but neither of those are as great as the almighty USDT because USDT has the first mover advantage.

Right USDT has a massive volume as the result of the first-mover advantage and now it's hard for other stable coins to beat USDT unless they bring something new. And there's hardly any room to add anything to a stable coin so it's going to be like that until and unless USDT makes a wrong move or something drastic happens with it. There have been stories that USDT cannot be trusted but being fair to them, I have never had any problems and this coin has actually solved a lot of problems. Earlier I used to convert my coins into bank money and there was always added fee from the local exchanger but now that's gone, thanks to USDT and the concept of stable coins.

I am not advocating for USDT though because it comes at its own risk and there are no audits and stuff but as a small trader myself, I love using USDT and will continue to do so.

Losing even half the amount is a risky prospect and I actually trust BUSD more than USDT despite the latter being more famous and having a bigger volume and I even think USDC is better than both of them.

Soon we need a coin that's decentralized, yet stable and still has good liquidity in the market.

You might be new so I strongly suggest you to read more about USDT. It is controlled by Tether who I am not saying will do but can always block your wallet for absolutely any reason.

Usdt is one of the coins backed by US dollar currency, but this is not the first time we have received negative news about this coin, you don't worry because usdt is a coin supported by many large and decentralized exchanges.

the collapse of usdt is unlikely. it is very bad news. i think there will be many other solutions, the people behind wont let usdt have any error, i still believe in it till now.

is not the recent days that USDT have problem, the consiparcy and other problem has been on this forum for a long time if USDT really gonna scam thats will be next biggest earthquake in crypto industry we will gonna see bitcoin down for couple percent 78,149,556,327 USDT currently on circulation 78 Billion  thats a lot of money

It's impossible for anyone to say that USDT is a scam or can't be trusted.
For years USDT has always been his life, even when other markets are flushed he remains green and during this time USDT has always been chosen as a means of safe exchange and easy transactions in the crypto world.
And no one should dream that USDT will disappear because USDT is worth fighting for BTC.

True, I haven't found a solid basis to say USDT is not trustworthy. In fact, until now many use it as their medium of exchange.
Don't just because you have a little problem, then say it can't be trusted. We have to have really strong reasons to say that. And even if there is a problem it is something that is natural in my opinion.

USDT has the highest marketcap of stablecoin so i'm sure it's safe, the fuds is always there because there are so many stablecoins right now which want to pump their marketcap.
Most USDT lost cases are mostly the exchange's problem so it's not the USDT itself, ethereum network is trustable since today even the fees is crazy high recently, people still used it that means it's safer than the other networks.

USDT is the leading stablecoin because of its first-mover advantage. But that doesn't mean you should trust it. After all, Tether (USDT) is centralized. The issuer can easily freeze access to your funds if he wants to. You're better off diversifying your investment into other crypto assets just to be safe. That is if you plan to use USDT as a store of value. If you only plan to use it as a trading tool, then I'd say go for it. It's much better to use USDT for day trading than Fiat itself. You'd get the best of both worlds as USDT combines the speed and efficiency of Blockchain tech, alongside the stability of the US Dollar. How long will it last will greatly depend on government regulations. As long as you don't spend more money than what you can't afford to lose, you'll have nothing to worry about. Just my thoughts

Can be trusted! now i hear bad news about USDT, many years ago many said that the coin is not licensed by any particular party, but in fact stablecoins are still surviving in the market.

However I don't think that there is any negative news about USDT coin, but this is not the time to hear it, I still hold stablecoins because until now they are still active in the kryto market, I know investing in stablecoins is very safe, but if you are worried about holding these coins then choose other stablecoins like USDC, BUSD of these two coins is the same as USDT coin.

Usdt is good and is not a scam, and putting or dropping you money in usdt it not make you to lose anything but it will make your money to remain of the same value without addition and subtraction, saying usdt is a scam i have heard such from any body, i believe that usdt nobody have had such mindset of calling it a scam except the form were by you change some of your coin through swapping them to usdt and send to someone, if you want to hold your stable coin hold it do not exaggerate and hesitate to have your stable coin

Usdt can't turn scam because the teams are already exposed years ago and they still have quarry with the law they can't vanish like new projects, they've been watched since they are centralised, I trust usdt and I still use this stable coin but better options are already available from DAI to UST even binance BUSD is better

Yes USDT is the first most popular fiat cryptocurrency that traded in many exchanges but nowdays it's losing it's prime because of the ETH network fees is going high, and other competitors like BNB launched it's own fiat crypto with cheaper fees.
But still USDT is the most popular i think, it spread to a lot of exchanges and people just turn it to other currencies when they want to transfer their money between exhcanges or wallet.

too much FUD on USDT, but so far I'm still using it too. besides BUSD, I also still use USDT. to be honest, I even use USDT more often than BUSD. it's just that, because of so many FUDs as the OP reads, or many say, I never hold USDT long term. on the other hand, if I aim to keep the asset in the long term, I'd rather convert it to FIAT than hold it in the long term. however, I don't trust USDT 100%, but I still use it.
