Well, it is quite to find now a casino that did not require even a basic KYC --most of them have.
Have you tried FotuneJack? as far as I remember before they don't require KYC not unless they have changed their rule towards KYC which is the same as an exchange that before does not have KYC but no has changed? aside from the mentioned threads, the OP can check the gambling board itself to learn about these sportsbooks. because reading the respective threads of these bookies will give him idea how each bookie is managing their sportsbook. also, he can see if there is/are existing complaints or issues. he can also check how KYC is implemented, if there's any. because some bookies will not ask for KYC, even if it is stated on their KYC/AML Policy, that is, if you haven't reached their min allowable amount without submitting KYC (i.e. total amt of deposit is below 2k USD or 2k EUR - some casinos don't require KYC).

Plenty of great recommendations in this thread, but I suggest Sportsbet.io which is better in several ways when compared to other sportsbooks like NitrogenSports, Stake, Roobet, Wolf.bet etc.

Sportsbet doesn't ask for KYC(Unless they find something shady) and they charge zero withdrawal fees. Very few crypto sportsbooks charge zero withdrawal fees. Their odds are decent too.

You should be wary about any site that runs without KYC because it is a two way street - the fact they are asking about it means that they are serious about following financial regulations as any good company should be. Those that do not ask for it face being prosecuted or may simply disappear much quicker than you might expect, not good if you happen to have bitcoin stored with them. Sadly cryptocurrency betting sites tend to be much more anonymous than regular sites, so it can be rather more dangerous sharing such sensitive and private documentation with them - you never know if it'll get hacked or abused later on. Better off sticking with the largest sites and actually supplying documents, although it may not be what you want to hear.

KYC will be asked only when there is a suspicious activity of the account cant be called as mandatory. Mandatory should be something when you are required to do it in order to use the service (without any exception). If you think that KYC is asked for suspicious activity only is mandatory, then there is no sites without KYC because most casino has similar rules about KYC where they can ask it for some specific reasons.

Even if you are one of those honest and high bettors, you should always keep in mind that these sportsbooks would ask for KYC on cases already mentioned by some members. All of them suspended/withheld user's account at one point and ask for personal information (CMIIW sports bettors).

You are right about Roobet(Completely forgot) which is why I have excluded it from my recommendations, but the remaining sites do not enforce mandatory KYC which is why you are wrong about that part.

Yes, Roobet recently made changes in their KYC after that many users claimed that this may end their future but so far they are doing good and I saw they crossed 2 billion bets in there.

most licensed casinos will ask kyc if somehow you are suspected to violate their ToS. this is the reason why it is always advisable to read the terms of the site, particularly, if you are sending good amount of money to them. a lot of the allegations towards casinos were owed to the negligence of the player himself.

I don't know about sportbooks without kyc. KYC can protect you as well as hurt you, so its kind of a double edged sword. I mean if something goes wrong and you lose all your money to a scam at least you will have proof it was your money and you might have some legal leverage to get it back. Well, that may be true as you say, however it doesnt change the fact that if a gambling site ignores official regulations that its probably a very sketchy place that will somehow find a way to screw you over out of your money....

KYC is a double edged sword. While I am not fond of sending my official documents into the hands of some anonymous third parties, with KYC at least you have some level of reassurance that things probably wont go south. And if they do, you have legal leverage as you can prove the money belongs to you in the first place.

There are some but there are some that are reputable but due to the users behavior some of them are holding the funds of the users so if you don't do anything suspicious I don't think they will ban you or confiscate your money. Here's some of the bookies that I know. Sportsbet.io, Stake.com, Bitsler.com, Roobet.com, Fortunejack.com there are some but here's the bookies I tried before and  they don't ask me KYC when I withdraw my money.

Those you mentioned are actually known reputable bookies in this forum. Never seen a complaint or issue, if there's any, they always resolved it. Also, I do agree that the gambler himself should abide the ToS of the site to avoid possible violation. Because sometimes it is not the bookie itself, but the player has something to do with his problem.

I don't think if a gambling site that ask for a KYC is a scam, it will still depend on a project and you really have to do your own analysis before you start gambling.

It doesn't always mean to be totally scam, sometimes website/service randomly scam by different reasons and those users were totally dismayed despite of having good reviews or whatnot, that's why it's always good to use and provide your kyc docs to a reputed gambling website than to different gambling that has history of scamming some of its users.

KYC is a double edged sword. Some players really do it.
Moreover related to the T&C< KYC/AML policies, many will not pay attention to these important things while registering and laying there. And once they are suspended to withdraw their assets, they are complaining and just reading the T&C. And most of them will say that it is no need to fulfil and don't want to fulfil the KYC because related to the privacy of their data. This is funny actually because they are the ones entering and playing on the platform but they don't want to follow their regulation.

Have you found the bookie that you're looking for? As mentioned by everyone, most bookies don't require a KYC unless there's some unusual activity found in your account and your wins are questionable.

Nitrogensports would have been my go to but they're having more issues these days.

They've got a lot of issues lately and for the past years, they're not common anymore in the forum. There are still some players that do bet there and experiences nothing bad but it's still up to OP or anyone's decision to use them.

All the sportsbook on the list are not asking to verify KYC? Maany of the listed sportsbook sites are good but those are not out of KYC and the topic is mainly stands for out of KYC. Though for legit users whose country allow gambling has no problem for kyc but those country does not support gambling cant verify their kyc too.

You would have a hard time finding a sportsbook that doesn't require a KYC nowadays because most of them require it for validation purposes. Verification of the identity of a person is now mandated by most sportsbooks so that they could monitor the activities of their players to know whether they are following the terms of service and to check if they are doing just the legal activities on the site. It also paved way for the assurance of the company that the information provided by their clients are all true and legitimate. You can still find some sportsbooks that don't require such. I guess there are still no KYC sportsbooks existing but are only limited in numbers now. Be sure to check if the site is trustworthy and legit before risking your hard-earned money because there are sportsbook that doesn't really require KYC, but has a lot of problems in them, so you'll just have a hard time withdrawing your funds and prizes.

They really need to realize that they can not do that with many casinos because, at least, they need to control themselves by limiting the money they will use to play gambling. They can complain to the support system but if the casino finds that they are doing the wrong thing and break their T&C, the casino will not do anything instead, the casino can block the account and not let them join again.
