Surely it will achieve and idk why it still sounds like an impossible achievement for some people. In 2017 when some would say that bitcoin may reach 10K and 20K, majority of people would call them crazy, etc. Right now, the scenario is going the way it was going back in 2017, this even strongly strengthens the chance of getting our wished new all-time high. 100K is a psychological level, bitcoin is 57K right now, after so many resistance and other damaging factors, it quickly and strongly regained very high price.

You need to have an understanding about the market situation if you are investing money in it and the market will decide the trend but this time around there is a major difference from the last rallies that there are institutional investors who already invested billions and they might control where the market would go and the moment they start booking their profit we will be back in the bear market.

But, I believe both institutional and individual investors are into bitcoin markets for years (but probably institution are nowadays openly announcing about their holding) which is the reason why are trading where we are, regardless of hundreds of highly negative influencing news on bitcoin markets. All I mean, the current bullish trend is nothing different from what we had in 2013 or in 2017 or in earlier months of this year.

This means you can expect a bearish market by end of this year but before that we may test a huge ATH by end of November or by the first week of December. So, $100k is highly possible by the month of November or at least by December month of this year.

But my question is, what would be guarantee for bitcoin market to be repeating the same kind of behavior this year also. Markets are always known for surprising us; it means anything could happen at any time. So, just expecting (even timing also) might be leading you to mess up your investment plans. Some people are blindly believing into the fact of "history repeats itself" but unfortunately expecting more accurate timing also might be leading to big frustrations in the end. I agree with you that we can dependent on history repeating only up to some level and definitely not in 100% of things. You can make use of what happened in the past but speculating purely based on what happened in the past may not be that much helpful for the any bitcoin investor. You must need to go for technical analysis for more accurate predictions.

At the very least we are talking about even a recovery right now, bitcoin price went as low as under 28.5k right? Look at it right now, it is over 57k once again. So if we are afraid of a drop, we should be excited about the this increase as well right? I mean that only makes sense.

However I also think that we should not excited about neither of them, neither the drop was big nor the recovery. We are going to see these small ups day to day for a while and after a while when all the sellers realize the price is not going down, they will stop selling and the buyers will probably outweight enough to bring us to near 100k levels very soon.

If we keep going up then we are in a bull run and that means things could go to 100k, even if not in December then maybe next year, last year we went from 4k in march to 10k in summer to 60k in next may, which is why we should be considering the possibility of a bull run going even after we go into the next year.

What we need to focus on right now is the movement. However if it looks like it is going to drop down then we are going to have a correction and 100k doesn't seem likely in that situation so we should be more careful in that case.

I don't trust the Guts of bitcoin reaching 100k this year because the hype had already subside and the price stagnant at 40-50k level and even go down to below 30k recently .
