Market cannot be predicated - sometimes uncertainty also brings a lot of improvement in specific businesses.

currently axie infinity can no longer be used as a role model for the current good NFT. since the problems that existed in the project, the price has dropped quite a lot now. One of the common problems of NFT projects nowadays is that they could develop a good start for their project yet they couldn't manage and maintain it. So we can't blame people who have trust issues when it comes to NFTs because even famous projects failed and didn't last long. Axie is a good project yet they still have to work on their burning system. I hope that NFT projects in the future would have a concrete plan when it comes to developments so the project would work in the long run.

My concern is that there are many newly created NFTs and more are created daily, it is very possible that the NFTs that are having value today may have less value tomorrow.

NFTs are non fungible but they are exchangeable assets, you can exchange if to fiat or to another other coins, even to coins that are fungible like bitcoin. Just like artworks, how they worth value and sold, so are NFTs too. But NFTs are numerous, there value can also decrease as it can increase.

You can create your own NFT and sell, you can buy NFT, you can also sell it.
