I never said there is such a restriction. In fact I said this in response to another cheating spammer:

I think that accepting cheating shitposters into this campaign might be a good thing for the forum, as it would encourage them to shitpost more and perhaps earn well-deserved bans for their farmed/purchased/hacked high-rank low-merit accounts. Spring cleaning time.

Yes they are giving huge payouts to participants in your referenced campaign but it's full. I m having an eye on that campaign. As soon as they have some spot I will try to get in there.
