Ok, so Stake broke another promise.

Remember when they lifted the reload requirement/host requirement from platinum 1 to plat 2 and some months later to plat 3. Without informing their customers.
Well at least when you already had a host and reloads at the point you can still get the reload activated every week. This reload possibility was promised to be open end as they stated "As a platinum VIP you will ALWAYS be entitled to this feature".

Today I got this from my host.

Sure thing I can set a new reload for you. Although unfortunately, this will be the last reload I can set for you based on your gameplay dropping quite a lot 😟

How can someone come up with a number of 50k/month so I can get the reload back, and then its some cents again obviously.

Stake is straight up garbage and lies to its users, yet another confirmation of the bullshit this site is pulling!

You dont get it. Whats worth a month when it was advertised as "forever".
I would have gotten "an entire month" anyway as I was supposed to get reloads EVERY WEEK from when I got platinum.
Also, they updated the phrasing of the site you posted, obviously. Also the "As a platinum VIP you will ALWAYS be entitled to this feature" was visible under the VIP tap and the under reloads. You obviously dont play long enough at the site (or never) to have ever seen that.

Promises being broken is not a scam attempt; they reserve the right to change the rules as they see fit, and if you don't like their VIP rules or the way they operate now, you have every right to switch bookmakers. I've been playing on stake.com for a few months and have never had any issues with the system; your topic is misleading; they never stole your money or delayed payment, so there is no scam attempt. You might say they're inconsistent, and I believe that's the best word to use.

Without evidence its just a claim, not necessarily reality. It doesn't say what you claim it does (did) on the website. You say the changed it, ok they may very well have, but how are we supposed to know that beyond taking your word for it?

It seems to me like they dropped you some VIP level (I don't know how it works) and are asking you to re-establish yourself to get back to it. If you dropped out of their Platinum Membership standing then the reload policy wouldn't apply to you.

They dont demote, I am still the same level, just I dont get the perks anymore that were promised to be continuing when I achieved that certain level.

They don't owe me but I will not get future rewards even though they were promised, so I basically lose from now on.
One thing that made levelling up interesting was receiving those reloads/host. Now cancelling them is basically throwing away the hard work/money and time invested to achieve them.

And then telling a player he can get it back if he wagers a whopping amount of 50k is just insulting. I dont play casino, I never did. I only play sports and with sports (while being limited down to 2 digit $ bets on your favorite sports) reaching 50k is absurd and ridiculous.

LOL, here come the main clown. Yes I have negative comments as your site overcharges at withdrawal fees, changes VIP offers without informing, and straight up lying to their customers as you did in this case here. Ths site also is buggy and runs slow, player props didnt work forever, live bets are a joke, cashouts often end up in errors or aren't even available.
1 thing about cashouts also makes me curious. Why are they unavailable when the bet is suspended but when the game is over and around 10-20sec before it gets graded suddenly there is a cashout available which is around 90% of the actual winning amount. What sense does this make?
