Where to report gambling fraud?

@OP, a day has passed and everyone has told you what to do but you haven't got back yet maybe you're busy IRL.

What are these casinos that are fraud? It's better if you left with their names so that we can also see and have our opinions about these fraud gambling sites that you're about to report.

Based on how the statement was constructed, I think there are no site/s yet that OP wants to report but just looking for ways for possible reporting in the near future. I don't know what's the reason though to ask that right away but not a bad question though as a reference.

And when people search about the website with the keyword "Website scam" then the post should pop up on the first page of google.

There are websites that have a bad reputation here but have a good reputation outside the forum. Google search results can't filter that. Better just refer here to also know the overall pulse of the community regarding a certain gambling site.

You can search up Scam Accusation Board here in forum to report gambling frauds. Better be sure to follow the specific format intended to report a fraud. Check the do's before posting so that your post wont be deleted in no time. Also, please prepare evidences of your claim to back up what you are going to post. Reports with no valid proofs are considered accusations and we don't want to be labeled as an accuser that causes defamation. Ready enough documents such as screnshots, link, etc that would serve as your support.

Thank you in advance for making a move in maintaining the safety of our community. Posting for awareness is of great help especially to those people who are just starting.

Just a curiosity , What is the reason asking this ? because i dig your post history and the very first thread you created is this

my first post on this forum I decided to make it here since Bitcoin is what I want to concentrate on going forward, I discovered this site through a google search in my quest to get answers to some questions about Bitcoin. And am amazed at how rich in information this forum is I have found almost 50% answers within my short period on this forum all thanks to the members who have been here before me.
I have a very simple question on Bitcoin:
What are the principal technical skills a bitcoin lover needs to have if I want to buy a large amount of Bitcoin and hold it for long-term purposes?

Most fraud and scam victims here initiated to post in the scam accusation section. There you could tell the exact fraudulent that happened to you by providing details and proof to support your accusation. To seek fairness, providing evidence is necessary.

I have seen users who are involved in gambling very often, especially those who are deceived by certain gambling sites and make accusations for that gambling site, but there are no definite results, crying and regret is what you get, what is clear is that the money never comes back again.

@Sonofgeneral, I can only give advice to you and in the future, if you are familiar with this forum, try to play, deposit and choose an honest and fair gambling site, you will find here fair and fraud gambling sites, that's what you can do right now, assessing and choosing a gambling site with a good reputation is important before registering, hopefully in the future you will not be wrong in choosing a gambling site, no longer entangled in fraudulent sites.

What you have stated might be true, and these doubts are understandable. It is best to report fraud gambling sites to let the others aware of such scam sites. A good proof would also be needed if ever the owner oppose to your accusations because if your prood is weak then it is only an accusations instead of proving it to be a fraud gambling sites where it only scammed people off their money.

Yes but at least we can warn players here about issues on popular casinos so they will take the necessary precautions, some top casinos through their representatives address the issues, and some of them do not care at all, one of these is Bitvest, no one on the Bitvest team goes on the accusation thread to address the issue, not even in their own thread.

As we can see even in this example, the problem is not where to file the accusations, but that people who start gambling do not educate themselves or even verify the casino's trustworthiness. Only when they are scammed they start looking for help. Hopefully, threads like this one will see another new user and it will keep him from losing money.

Has the OP done any pre-investigation to make sure the gambling is really a scam?
and if you believe that the gambling you are playing is deceiving you, you can report it on the fraud allegation board and post with detailed and accurate evidence that you have been scammed.

The OP must act quickly so that not many victims are deceived, and at least other people will know and be careful with the gambling.

Honestly the only thing that anyone in this world right now could do is to put scam accusation on the casino you doubt. If there are any proof that you could share, just starting a scam accusation thread on bitcointalk will allow you to let everyone know about the place and that's it. Fraud is not something that bitcointalk really takes care of, it is not our duty to do something about it.

What you can achieve here is to get their name heard as scam if they are really scam and you have proof, but that's it. There is not like some lawyer or some court here that can do anything about the casino, we have to let it be and only avoid gambling there as our only action.

I also checked his post and I'm pretty sure he's not new on this forums and seems like just creating a thread and then leaving doesn't solve what his problem is ,I'm not sure he will make thread a scam accusation against the site on the scam board because he's probably just a troll and I agree with you

This forum also have a Scam Accusations section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0  .....where you can report it as a scam.. and people will respond to your accusations. (Just make sure you have solid proof of your accusation, before you post there.)

Exactly. It's really annoying when people come to the forum, open a new topic, ask a question, and then never return again.
I understand that it's not always possible to return to every single thread, but please don't just leave without a word.

Two things you did not spend enough time to research or you do not know the word scam you if you just Google the keyword Bitcoin/scam you will land in the scam section, it's laziness on your part you are in a hurry to ask for a link to the scam section but it's been 4 days and you have not opened a thread in the scam section, are you just taking us for a ride.

OP has just created the post and after that post one more post has been created though that is not on this topic. I think OP does not need to know anything just created the post and left the topic as well as us just to waste time or something like that. Also, Op is offline about 5 days. It is common that newbie come on the forum create a post and then left that.

Depends on the magnitude of the problem and who you want to resolve the issue.

Your country probably has a complaint centre for gambling operators, or a gambling ombudsman.

If you want to make a complaint to them you'd have to go through their complaint handling process. On the forum you can create a new scam accusation but that's probably not going to do anything other than add negative trust to the casino operator's account.

Most of crypto sportsbooks are located off shore then I don't think a local complaint centre for gambling operators or a gambling ombudsman can do anything for him unfortunately. Only report on platform like Trustpilot or here can hurt reputation of scammy gambling sites and prevent people from being defrauded by them.

Most probably you can only report it here but it can’t be solve honestly, though sharing it is a good idea so people can be warned and stop dealing with that site. If you got scammed by that site there’s no way for you to get your money back. Better to share your links now, and maybe someone can help you here.
