I'm not sure about this since all chosen ambassadors need to do KYC! I doubt library cards will work.

You should read their whitepaper for a complete answer!
The most different thing from others is the Steady State claims process will be automatic, handled by the smart contract that integrates with the RAD (Risk Analysis Database) models to assist in identifying claims events.

The purpose is:
Minimizing human intervention!
It'll remove bias, improve transparency, eliminate manipulation, and also speed up the claim process.

Most likely a KYC is needed once the time is to collect earned rewards. We have to comply with OFAC restricted countries list, so there's that.

As long as you meet all the requirements, age is not a big deal. Using parent identity and being honest to the project might works. But I'm not sure they have the same view as me.
