RPC tool to test the connection with Bitcoin Core

I'm looking for a program.exe that connects to the BitcoinCore via port 8332.
- The program should be able to be started on Windows.
- It should be as simple a small program as possible, just for testing.
- I would like to enter the RPC commands there and get an answer from the Bitcoin core installed on the same PC.

It is my goal to record the communication with "Wireshark" and to create a documentation of how the connection works exactly at the byte level.
