I am trying to run my rtx 3070ti on this mobo but when I check in the device manager there is not rtx 3070 ti just onboard graphics and some unknown adapter. Here is what the rig looks like. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This normally happens when either there is a problem with the riser itself(some of them don't work properly), or you failed to plug in the power the riser wants(many have a power input on them, either a molex or SATA power connector).

Hopefully you have some spare risers, try them.

Had similar issue once, was issue with power cable for riser from molex.

That's a good Motherboard the 3070ti should work, do you know that every 3070ti is a LHR card? Also old drivers won't make the card to instal on windows? Make sure you install the latest Nvidia driver cos I've come across the problem and driver is the solution, atleast that's what works for me

If you don't have another raiser, then install Hive Os, Rave Os on a USB flash drive and see how your video card is detected there.
If they are not detected in these systems, install it in the motherboard without a raiser.
If everything is ok, then the probable problem is in the raiser or in the power supply of the video card. Check all contacts.
