If you use different IPs and VPNs then it might be the reason why Binance temporarily rejected your withdrawal.
Sometimes VPNs give you IP which is already used by someone be careful about using them if it was a free public VPN.

Since you are already intermediate why not follow what they told you just to do face recognition and video about your withdrawal?

Is this your real account or did you just bought it from someone?
If you bought it well there is nothing we can do.

Can you try these things?
If you are using a laptop/PC
- Clear browser cache
- Logout then login

If mobile then do the same just go to app settings to clear cache then log out then log in.
Try not to use VPN and then submit the requirements to them I think it does not take long a day or 3 days should verify that you own that account.

Binance is a centralized exchange, they have control over your own coins because they have the private key. It will be good to not be using VPN for such centralized services, just use your IP address. If you are not from one of the countries Binance accept, better not to make use of the exchange.

Follow what BitMaxz commented if truly Binance support your country, you have your identity revealed already in the intermediate verification, so nothing new at all that you want to give.

I do agree here, since the OP already did the intermediate verification so subjecting yourself to face recognition and video of the withdrawal is not a big deal already. I remember, for intermediate verification, you will already do the facial recognition. So maybe, just to confirm that you are the same person, they will ask you to do the facial recognition again. Anyway, the OP wants his money back so why not follow the instructions that you need to comply with? No one can tell him how long it is going to resolve but better accomplish the things that binance wants him to do.

There's nothing much that you can do if you want to take your money and just leave them but to follow the instruction that has been given to you.
Once you're done with their requirement then it's for you to decide whether to use them again or not. This is very typical in most exchanges if they see some changes in IPs and activity in our accounts.

You can't make withdrawals so how can you make a video?

Moving forward, just do what they are asking you to do. You have no choice after all. Changing regions will really trigger their system. Imagine you are detected logging in the US then the next day, you are trying to log from China. It's suspicious and they just want to protect their users.

Is the withdrawal amount bigger than the price of your ID?

Don't do it. Stop using exchange/s which force user/s to perform KYC.

Sooner or later they're all going to sell these IDs with Selfies. Either by themselves or they're going to say that they got hacked and users data got compromised.

I used Binance once in the past, just went in, bought coins and withdrew the very same day. After that they put a checkpoint after log-in. Whenever I tried logging in, they wouldn't let me trade unless I completed KYC.

Which is when I stopped using them. They still keep sending me e-mails telling me that my account will be restricted if I don't yield to their demands.

But I don't give-in because I am not sending anything to them. I use P2P exchange/s now and they work fine.

You are not right. KYC is very necessary for comply with regulatory requirements

Yes you can get your money back If you do what is requested. Binance has now become very strick when it comes to KYC, there is no way around this except when you look for alternative exchanges.

Don't do it.
Looks like OP doesn't have a choice right now, does he?
He wants to withdraw, which means he need the funds.

Stop using exchange/s which force user/s to perform KYC.
That's what he should do next.

Really?
Please stop it. You are better off not lying to people.

They are better off not asking for KYC if it's not going to be leaked to an organization that will find these data useful. A few years more Binance could be one of the tech giants that competes facebook and google.

You had been replying here to threads about binance issues, how do we know you are a real binance support?
You are better off not doing it if you are not but if you are at least give us some links of where you got the information about what you are saying.

this is my own account and i verified with my own paperwork
I followed their rules and uploaded a video anbd face recognition they needed already.
its been a day since a issue and waiting for withdrawal aprrove.
i figured out when i try to log in with pc it happens i checked the  devices in (app)and every time i log in with pc it shows different ip but for the same city i use .
for example 1.1.1.5 1114 1113
so i dont think its gonna be a big issue because its my own account but i wonder if they have problem when i use a vpn!

Not your keys, not your coins. You'll have to play by their rules and also have patience (their support are still people, some better trained, some worse). You already started that, so you also have to have patience.
The VPN may be indeed an issue since some users try to fake their country with VPN, making Binance wary about that practice.
If no change in.. let's say one day, my advice is to discuss, as possible, with the support, and try to find out together what's the best way to continue.

And for future reference, try to not keep too much money at exchanges. I repeat: not your keys, not your coins.

From OP username, it sounds like a Vietnamese name. If that's the case, you just have to complete all the requirements since Vietnam isn't in the forbidden country list AFAIK. VPN doesn't matter. As long as your KYC data is legit (not from banned countries), you will be verified. By the way, they repeatedly sent email to warn about this mandatory KYC event. You should've withdrawn your money before the event.

Don't do it. Stop using exchange/s which force user/s to perform KYC.
You are not right. KYC is very necessary for comply with regulatory requirements

It may be necessary for you in order to maximize your profits and to keep operating in certain countries. But it's a major hassle and risk for your customers, including ones that don't even live in those countries.

The advice to avoid using exchanges that force KYC, particularly random "we took your deposit but now we don't like something about your IP so we won't allow to withdraw" KYC, is the correct one. A bit too late for the OP though.
