The advantage of mining in bear market results in more quantities of coins due to low difficulty but coins value are way down, also mining equipments value are way down, this this means everything to me than bull market I need bad ass coins in my portfolio not the USD value, bear market pls come it's time to build my long term dream crypto portfolio, sun ⛅ is going to do the job

some people think this bear market wont hit hard like 2015/2019 did, and this bullrun longer than before, especially covid still thing in global and converting workframe to digital which is good for crypto adoption & exposure

so my friend, 2024 is best choice for building solar farm, and i chose hydro compared solar lol

With free electricity, you can mine coins in any market, but mining equipment is best bought in the bear market.
Otherwise, you will be recouping your investment for a very long time. if the bear market lasts for several years, then you can get losses.
Now you definitely shouldn't start mining.

One thing to keep in mind. While the bear market usually has a lower difficulty it’s not by much. Even by Bitcoin standards the hashrate rarely decreased. There were periods where the market went up exponentially and then bear market started and mining difficulty slightly decreased and a few months later started increasing again.

Another issue is that usually in a bear market you can save yourself the hassle and buy the coin directly because you are either mining at break even or at a loss. So you would be better off selling that electricity to the grid and just buy it directly.

with free energy you can profitably mine even in this bull phase of the market (which i hope will last a long time) any coin, regardless of market conditions i do not believe that the cost of gpu will drop as long as eth will be minable

I don't think so, bear market is a must in crypto space so huge long term correction will definitely happen sooner or later and it's not going to be a easy task to keep your mining rigs on while it's not profitable anymore most especially if this is your source of income

Solar panel is only good for long term mining and more advisable with a large mining farm build, your return of investment is going to take more time but it's going to worth it years later, I've been using solar power for the past 5 years now and I can say I'm satisfied with their longevity
