That's why I love the crypto space. The better ideas prevail, not the one with the best marketing or the best narrative. BSV was doomed from the start.

That is what differentiates decentralized bitcoin and centralized shitcoins. In bitcoin, nobody can come and say "I admit our project has failed, goodbye guys, cya". Even if real Satoshi suddenly appeared and said that bitcoin didn't live up to their expectations, no one sane would start selling it because it doesn't matter what Satoshi's expectations were. I have my own expectations, I think that the consensus rules of the bitcoin network are robust and optimal for bitcoin to be a successful project, and that is why I enforce these rules through my full node. If everyone in the network were to go mad and begin to do everything that real Satoshi or another person pretending to be him would command, I would consider the project failed and stopped being involved in it.

I would not agree that most of the crypto community has such a repulsive attitude towards alt (shit) coins, otherwise, there would not be more than 10 000 different coins/tokens and their number would not increase every day. Most have entered the crypto world to profit, and they don't care what the name is, as long as the price goes up.

No matter that the project failed, Faketoshi and his associates made money, I don’t think that’s at all questionable because they took advantage of the time when that shitcoin was worth something and I have no doubt they sold at the peak.

Not many people invest in bsv - the fact that the major exchanges stopped supporting it clearly shows that. It made 120% because Craig wright has enough money and supporters to pump his coin to get IMPATIENT people to think about if their investment in other coins was good. With your post you can see that his technique actually works on some people. Bsv is not here to stay. It has no purpose, it has no usecase, it's not well known outside the crypto world, it's no digital gold (the only purpose of btc). Shit, as someone who hates Roger Ver I still would rather buy bch instead of bsv - both were created with the single purpose of making the creators rich but actually Roger Ver is good in what he is doing. bsv is nothing more than tron with a projectmanager that can speak english.

I agree with Witcher_sense. Even if BSV failed in the eyes Faketoshi, there is a community behind the coin that might keep it alive. Everyone has different opinions and in the crypto space we have the option of choosing were and how much to invest.

It is what it is mate, the best team will always win. However, the powerful bonding that unites the crypto community is stronger than any other chemical bonding and this is the reason why the government and every organization cant wreck Bitcoin.
At some point, issue like this surprised me about the potential Bitcoin had to unite people around the world without any boundary.

This is good news for the crypto community but sad news for BSV holders
from the start I was sure that the age of BSV would not be long because they started their business by stealing other people's ideas

satoshi is the full bitcoin creator, not Craig. hopefully with this failure in the future, we will never see CW fight against the crypto community again and continue to claim he is the creator of bitcoin

Thats was a brave action, Bitcoin SV has very silent nowadays now I know there was an internal struggle in the BSV, But at least they have the guts to admit it, the question is what will happen to the BSV now? are they die in vain or it will be continued to exist as a bitcoin fork just like others, currently traded at $167 against the $US dollar and with the marketcap of $3.15 Billion I think that was still big.

What did people really expect? I mean obviously there were not that many people who expected it to be high which is why it is not high right now and that is a fine thing and I am happy about it. However, what did people who invested really expected? It was obvious from the start that Craig did this because he wanted power and nothing else, he cared only about being liked and followed and considered as the real satoshi.

It was obvious from the first minute that he wasn't the real satoshi, if he wanted to he could sign a message from satoshi account and he would be fine. There were so many ways that he could have proved that he was satoshi and he failed to do all of them. If a person lied about something like that then how did something like BSV would be a great deal? It was obvious from the first moment that a liar would have a bad coin, how could a liar would even have a decent coin and why would he care about that?
