Not received my INR from Wazirx exchange to Bank Account.

I used Wazirx exchange from Two years and i always withdraw my INR instantly from Wazirx exchange to my bank account without any problem.
Yesterday  night 11:24  PM i sent request for a withdraw, and i filled verification number and Also confirmed link from my mail. But still i not received any amount in my Bank account and i check website and see that my withdraw amount goes to 'Amout Locked' section. What is problem, this is my first experience.

Don't know if this is related or not but just so happens that I read a news couple of days back that WazirX locked several accounts from April to September.

Can't say if the issue is same with yours but you could try contacting their customer care and ask them what happened.

But If I were you I'd move to decentralized P2P exchange for future trades.

My account has not locked, becouse one week ago i withdraw $20 usdt worth INR from wazirx account to Bank account instantly, but this is the first time, that my withdraw amount has locked, still my withdrawal amount is under processing.

Even it's not related to me, but I read on a social media account they are some issue in last 24 hours, so they are trying to prepare this, hopefully soon you will receive your payment because due to this issue there are some maintenance happening just because of this delays happening in withdraws.
