I'm in a few interesting projects right now. But it dawned on me and so I started searching...is anyone also trading cryptocurrency stocks? There are plenty of penny stocks (https://pennystocks.com/featured/2021/10/11/best-penny-stocks-under-1-to-watch-bitcoin-cracks-58000/) that are dubbed as such. There are even a few handfuls of major index-listed companies that, for the most part, appear to be solely focused on mining. Just wondering if anyone else is diversifying their strategy to include crypto and crypto stocks.

I honestly rather buy low cap coins/tokens with good fundamentals. I seem them having better risk/reward ratio. And we have seen what has happened to every ico/ieo/ido etc that has anything to do with mining. Either they scam people or don't know what they are doing. And list of stuff that can go wrong with mining is just too long for me.

I too remember my brother working for some mining based companies as a translator, he translated the materials but never got paid from any of them. IIRC, one of them was Ice Rock Mining. But yeah, I recently invested in Grayscale Bitcoin Trust and I believe they hold enough BTC with them to circulate as well as make enough money to pay their users as well as increase the value of their stocks. Other than that, I didn't invest in any crypto stocks yet and I believe I won't even be doing that because as you said, I'm also a daytrader and I can only invest a very small part in some institution's hands to grow my money for me, and the remaining part is traded by myself.

In my opinion, it is very logical to prefer coins with a solid foundation and strong investors. The fiascos in the example you gave about such coins are obvious. I have seen many problematic coins in mining myself. they upset people a little with untrue promises.

I’d rather focus more on crypto and do diversify my money into many good coins/tokens which can generate money for me through my own analysis since I do trading and I’m loving it. Buying that penny stocks are just like shitcoins, most of them are not good at all fundamentally, though it is still moving because of trading manipulation.

I like stocks but I'm focusing more in crypto.

You'll get to see the returns are better and higher in crypto and that's the pay for taking too much risk and volatile. Although in stocks, they're also volatile.

But they are not as volatile as cryptos that we invest and hold.

Instead of trading crypto stocks which are not so mature right now, I like to trade international stocks like Apple, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, etc. because these stocks have strong moves which give great returns like we get in crypto trading. Crypto stocks are not under the limelight yet and that's why most users choose to go with selecting good coins and trading it.

I will always choose crypto rather than stocks in my personal opinion especially when it comes investment because stocks are not yet profitable and obviously crypto is very matured as well if we will make a comparison. And lastly when it comes crypto even we picked a low cap as long as it has good data(fundamental), there will always a good return after all.

Pennystock may be another alternative for investors who do not have much funds but are very interested in stocks but must be smart in choosing the type of company chosen but do not expect a quick profit in stock because stock is really for the long term, choosing both will probably be good because we do not put everything in one basket.

An interesting project and approach. Has anyone actually changed or relocated this? Are the stocks profitable in the long run? Will a different avenue be opened in the future?
