There are so many experts and influencers out there that you will always find a few that are giving the same or at least very similar predictions, but of course that does not mean that those predictions have a higher chance to become true in the end. That being said, bitcoin showed some nice gains in the last few weeks and usually the crypto market acts in cycles. First Btc is increasing, then the big and established alrcoins will follow and if we have a real Bull market then afterwards also a lot of the small projects will rise. Sadly i don't really have a good advice for a specific project at the moment and i would be careful because most people that are giving advice are just shilling their own coins.

How do you get this news? You're only hearing the rumour and it was not true. There was no guarantee if the same trend will be happening again. The chance for altcoin to go to the 100x was only an impossible thing. This time almost all of coins were increased but it can't be said if you will be getting 100x ROI. It was not possible and it's a non sense thing that i have ever seen this day. Even good altcoin can't do that.
You must never believe with any rumour that spread in the market. This may be used by some people to create FOMO but you must be careful with it. I am not sure about the term of the good altcoin. Do you differ the coins from their popularity or their price progress lately? 
Good altcoins don't always mean to give lucrative profits, some may have reached their ATH, and difficult to increase more. I prefer to buy the coins that still haven't reached their ATH.

That's just mere speculation where nothing has been proven yet and with that enough information, you are now aware of possible turns of even which are not what you are thinking. The best thing to use this information is to back it up with more evidence and solid facts by doing your own research. Hard to say which altcoins will go 100x this December. But we have seen solid alt coins in the top 10 that you can follow. Or for those who have been a bag holder since the bearish trend of 2018, for sure maybe there are coins that already gives that 100x already. But as for the current. one? You might be right, but I don’t wait for times like this to reach before I will start investing, I start investing in the coins I like before the time comes, that way I’m in a  better position than those who always wait for that time to reach.

if you're looking for an altcoin probably these coin is a good choice since they're still looks good and still above 200 ema, such FTM, ATOM and perhaps ALGO. By the way i'm currently trading NEAR because it showing a break out through 1 day chart. and i do believe this will continue until next month or so on.. If your goal is to make a 100x profit, then It's either you're in the wrong place or you don't have any idea what kind of investment you're into.
Good and established altcoin can be seen maybe in the top 50, but It will never going to give you 100x profit in a short period of time. Your due diligence is critically important for you to make a good investment plan.
